19th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.

Simple, straightforward viewing and application, assistance throughout the process, prompt replies to any questions raised and a smooth moving in day, I am happy I chose the right people for my property and looking forward to a long relationship with them and my home.

25th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!

I sold my house and bought my new home through them, and the whole process was handled incredibly well from start to finish. Ashley and Samantha in the office were fantastic throughout. Their communication was excellent, they kept me regularly updated, were always quick to respond to questions, and were so helpful and reassuring whenever anything came up. Both parts of the chain were clearly communicated and managed really smoothly, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. Their professionalism, organisation and support really stood out, and I’m so grateful to Ashley and Samantha for helping make my move such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Our team at Bid. have only recently partnered with Home Property Sales and they have already hit the ground running - it is clear they have a genuine interest in expanding the solutions they can offer to their clients. They are polite, proactive, and a pleasure to work with. It is clear as day that their buyers & sellers are in safe hands.
17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

Ahhh Sam, she’s so perceptive and intuitive she was such a pleasure to view properties with (she also knows her stuff!). Liz has been so kind and helpful through the whole process, it’s actually been such a pleasure ??I know it takes a team so thank you to everyone x

14th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am currently selling my house with Smiths, and have been extremely grateful of their meticulousness and strong communication. I have been particularly impressed with their vetting of potential buyers - people have been requesting to view the house, but are nowhere near in a position to purchase, meaning I don’t have to prepare the house or get my hopes up for a buyer that would never come to fruition. Instead, we have received viewings from properly vetted prospective purchasers, one of whom will hopefully make an offer soon!

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
