James and Angus helped us negotiate the process, and put in loads of extra work to get everything through. Really great, personal service throughout. Thank you!

They managed repair and maintenance issues swiftly and professionally while we were out of the country, and consistently kept us updated, which gave us great peace of mind. They also successfully let the property quickly and efficiently. Katie and Jasmine have been very easy to reach and helpful throughout the process. Overall, they provide a reliable and professional service, and we would happily recommend them.
5th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.- 1st Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Michelle and Michael have been excellent, helpful, and understanding throughout the process.

From the very beginning they were professional, supportive and always quick to help whenever we had questions. A special thank you to Kate and Robyne who were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Our sale ended up taking quite a while due to the chain, but they were incredibly patient, proactive and always kept things moving. Their communication was excellent and they really went above and beyond to help get everything over the line. Selling a property can be stressful, but having such a dedicated and reliable team behind us made a huge difference. We’re so glad we chose Martin & Co and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. Thank you again Kate and Robyne for all your hard work!! ??????

27th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)Absolutely disgusting. Took my deposit and still haven’t returned it. I’ve been chasing for 2 months. There’s mold and damp in the house and they refuse to get it sorted. The staff are so rude and entitled. Honestly stay away

22nd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
