Comparatively,Sandra is very nice and kind and this estate agent truly know how to complete a sale smoothly. James set the price accurately and his knowledge of valuation is very accurate claims that the property is very popular and has lots of offers and I appreciate . They do check buyers source of income in very detail and I appreciate as this can avoid hiccup in midway of sale and I would recommend any sellers to choose your move james Barrett as your estate agent
13th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I can't thank KW Estates enough for the superb service they provided when selling my father's house. It was a difficult sale, and a quite e few issues cropped up during the process. When things cropped up, the response from Andy and Caz was always fantastic. They made sure that things were dealt with quickly and professionally. They kept their fingers on the pulse, and made sure that we were always well informed. When anyone in the process was dragging their feet, Andy or Caz intervened immediately and got things moving again. The friendliness and professionalism that they showed was terrific, and they made us feel that we were friends as well as clients. We know for certain that no other estate agent would have done so much for us. We recommend them wholeheartedly, and would use them again in an instant.

They were realistic with value estimates, extremely professional, excellent at communicating and keeping us in the loop, and kept pushing all parties to get the sale over the line in the desired timeframe. 19th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)From start to finish Graeme & Guy provided an excellent, efficient, honest and friendly service from the start through to completion to us moving out the other week. They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!
14th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

Simon and the team were extremely helpful at every opportunity and assisted us throughout a tricky sale to achieve the best possible outcome. Simon took time to be thorough and detailed in every area, always a phone call away and also made every effort to fully understand what we were looking for in an onward purchase. We will be using Walker Smale without hesitation whenever we next need to buy or sell.

18th May 2022 (3 years ago)I was a little nervous when they asked for a deposit but it showed my good faith and was returned promptly on purchase. My experiences with this company were all excellent and I'm delighted to recommend them. They made the process very easy!
