Communication was always prompt and friendly, which made moving, usually a stressful experience, feel a lot easier. Having dealt with estate agents over the last couple of years who were somewhat difficult, Sibley Pares really were a breath of fresh air. We truly appreciate all the help and professionalism throughout.

1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)When it came to selling a family property recently, I sourced valuations from two estate agents in Chatham. Ryan from Wards was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when he visited the property, listened and offered good advice, particularly as I had a slightly complex and unusual ownership and legal situation. At the same time he was not pressuring and when I was ready, I felt confident in instructing Wards as the selling agent. I was always kept informed of the progress throughout marketing and was very pleased with the result they achieved. Barry was also very helpful, progressing the sale through the conveyancing process, overcoming some legal hurdles at the same time. I recommend this agency. Thank you to Brendon and the entire team.

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. She kept me updated constantly, nothing was too much trouble. From our first meeting before I put the house up for sale she advised me on what to do and what not. The whole process was smooth, because of her. I would recommend her to everyone, and have. Simply fantastic!

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
