Sarah has been extremely considerate and thoughtful when dealing with myself and my family. Luke in particular, has gone above and beyond to help myself and my family find a new home in difficult circumstances. I cannot recommend them enough and am thrilled they will also be managing the property I am moving into.

The service was excellent from start to finish, with clear communication and regular updates throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Esther, Joe, and Matthew, who were all fantastic and made sure we were kept fully up to date at every stage. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and support really helped make the whole process smooth and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Greyfox to anyone looking to buy a property in the area.
14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)When moat housing took over maintenance/repairs they were all for responses quickly & accurately. While I only trust certain maintenance workers with 100% expertise. I now have experienced customers service very poor & lacking respect for their tenants. With a visit recently about having new windows & doors I found the approach was very frustrating & all one sided to say the least.. we was left very distraught & the anxiety levels pushed to 100%. We now find ourselves not confident with this company with regards have been in our house many yrs...with them having 10yrs contract left I hope they can improve the way they used to be and find that also works carried out are of high standard and respect to tenants always not all one-sided..

11th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)These people are cowboys and cowgirls, highly unprofessional course of dealings with these people. Met with the manager Jay and detailed all of my requirements to him; he wrote everything down and assured me that Isabel would be in touch on Monday. Call and let a message for her as she never called on Monday; wrote her an email to explain the nature of my conversation with Jay, she did reply on Tuesday via email and said she would try to organize something else. She has not been in touch. Eight years on in 2025, they are still horrific. DO NOT USE THEM.

She showed exceptional professionalism, splendid and swift skill in the valuation of our property and then wrapped it all up with scintillating survey of the whole building surroundings. Her excellence and dedication to work is simply exceptional. She diligently sent the necessary documents within stipulated time and got everything promptly set up to our amazement. They guide you all through the process without stress or hassles. Nancy was very patient and determined to help us find our dream home and I highly appreciate her consistency, patience and her honesty. She is outsanding in what she does. I am also grateful to Kim for keeping me informed and updated about the movement of the purchase and patiently answering my queries. Shoutout as well to Judy(Rainham) branch who was also very helpful when Kim was on leave and hearing her voice is calming and every good news means that we are near our target(owning a home). I would also like to thank everyone in the Gillingham branch for your professionalism and dedication: Gary( Branch Manager) , Hannah( Senior sale & letting advisor) and Maura. As a 1st time buyer, the process was smooth sailing and I had a very positive experience. Hghly recommended. Thank you, everyone! God bless :)

I worked closely with David and Jordan, who were both highly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and always easy to reach. As a first-time seller, they supported me through every step of the process, and I’m delighted with the lovely buyers they found for my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Can’t fault CWB at all. Great service. Always there to talk to. Always friendly. Was able to work around me and sort out any issues. Kept me updated. Had no trouble at all. Would 100% recommend- 4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.
