24th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I cannot thank Eshan Mofeejuddy enough for all the help and support he has given me.<br><br>As somebody who suffers from anxiety and has cerebral palsy, dealing with housing issues can be extremely stressful, but Eshan made the whole process so much easier. He was always easy to talk to on the phone, took the time to listen, and never made me feel rushed or like I was just another case.<br><br>He went above and beyond to find temporary accommodation that suited my individual needs, which made a huge difference during a difficult time. Throughout the entire process, he never left me in the dark. He kept me updated regularly, explained what was happening, and always made sure I knew what the next steps were.<br><br>Eshan also helped to get a repair issue at my property sorted and consistently went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, supported, and as stress-free as possible.<br><br>It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the people they are helping, but Eshan does exactly that. His professionalism, kindness, communication, and dedication are a credit to his role. 27th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????

Having just gone through a tortuous selling process, I am full of admiration and gratitude to the amazing staff I dealt with. Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience. From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
