26th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I agreed to a purchase for a property in Edmonton (28 Folkestone Road, N18) in November 2025. A sale memorandum was issued, a survey was arranged, my mortgage was approved, and my solicitor completed all documentation and searches. Unfortunately, the transaction has not progressed for several months due to a lack of response from the vendor and the vendor’s solicitor. Despite making multiple phone calls and visiting the Edmonton office in person, there has been very limited follow-up and no meaningful progress. The branch manager, Mark, appears to be managing the office alone and is handling a very high volume of calls, which may be contributing to delays. This seems to be a broader resourcing issue rather than an individual one. As a result, I have incurred costs for surveys, legal searches, and other fees, while my solicitor and mortgage adviser have been unable to obtain updates. The lack of communication has been stressful and has left the transaction unresolved for an extended period. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. I hope the company reviews staffing and communication processes at this branch so that clients in similar situations receive clearer updates and more consistent support.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I am writing this behalf of my uncle because he doesn’t speak English last year he rented a flat from these people they all so speak Turkish so my uncle paid them admission fees which by law they don’t have the right to ask him for admission fees but they did why because my uncle doesn’t speak English and he’s only been in uk for one and half years and then they asked him for weeks rent 2 months deposit again buy law they can only ask 4 week’s and when he left the flat they only give his one moths rent back said to him we only had one month deposit of yours horrible people

I felt genuinely looked after and valued throughout the entire process, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. Big thanks to Andy, Alex, Dino and the whole team - you made my flat feel like a home and if I'm ever looking to rent privately again you'll be my first call.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I feel remembered, even though I don’t go in that often!

Every member of staff (to name a few Kevin, Hakan, Jessica, Filiz, Eda) have been outstanding, especially the CEO, Kevin, whose customer service and problem-solving went way beyond what I’ve experienced with other agents. IC Properties are simply miles ahead of other agents.<br>Recently, I’ve been working with Filiz and Eda on a property sale, and both have been brilliant. Filiz is always positive, proactive, and strategic, while Eda is equally dedicated, friendly, and never gives up on finding the right property. Thanks to the entire IC Properties team for years of fantastic service and for always making my visits to the office so pleasant. This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.

As a first time buyer I found the process pretty daunting, but the team were always easy to contact, supportive and professional. It was a pleasure interacting with Aimee, Victoria, Marty and Sophie and I could not recommend them highly enough. My experience was greatly improved by working with a team who were switched on and capable, but also kind and friendly. Definitely a much better experience than I have had with other estate agents! Thank you for all of your help
