After the first property we viewed wasn’t quite right for us, he moved quickly to understand what we were looking for and promptly lined up better options. He was responsive, proactive and made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. Really appreciated his efficiency and professionalism – would definitely recommend working with him.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

From the very first enquiry to moving in, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The communications were friendly, responsive, and Bambos was always happy to answer my questions. I was kept well informed at every stage, and made what can often be a daunting process feel straightforward and well managed. I really appreciated the transparency. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent – great service

I am writing this review to save others from the incredibly frustrating experience I had dealing with Chante at Johns & Co. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and misleading. On several occasions, she said she would “call the landlord” and implied urgency due to another offer being made on the property. However, the flat had reportedly been on the market for months with no interest until we became involved. The pressure tactics felt dishonest and unnecessary. Communication was one of the biggest issues. Messages would often go unanswered for long periods, which makes it extremely difficult to plan viewings in London’s fast-paced rental market. After repeated follow-ups and pushback, we finally agreed on a viewing. I travelled 1.5 hours specifically to attend. I arrived five minutes early at 7:40am and asked where we should meet. I was told she was waiting for a colleague to drop off keys. I then waited outside for 30 minutes. Instead of proceeding with the viewing, she decided to return to her office because she had a meeting to attend - effectively leaving without conducting the viewing. No proper apology, no professional handling of the situation. It is not normal or acceptable to deflect, mislead, ghost clients, or waste someone’s time in this way. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision before engaging with her. I also hope Johns & Co management take this feedback seriously and address the standard of service being delivered.

My partner and I were first-time buyers, filled with equal parts excitement and nervousness. We had a million questions, and the process felt daunting. From our very first meeting, Jonathan put us at ease. He didn't just help us buy a house; he expertly guided us through the entire journey, transforming confusion into confidence. What stands out most is the incredible speed and efficiency of his work. We went from initial viewing to closing in just 3 weeks! Jonathan made this seemingly impossible timeline a reality through his relentless dedication, impeccable organization, and proactive communication. He was always there ,including on his day off time .Ensuring every deadline was met and everything was perfect. What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)I wrote the review below some 3 yrs ago and I would now like to update it as follows:<br><br>I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with a different Lettings Agent as that property unfortunately falls outside of Neilson & Bauer’s territory.<br><br>This has only reinforced my belief that Neilson & Bauer, led by their down to earth, tell it as it is, legendary, Don Lacovara are THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.<br><br>I have had to repeatedly turn to Don’s good nature and ask him about the various different and somewhat frustrating approaches and ways of doing business this other agent has and Don has obliged by calmly guiding me through this turmoil.<br><br>I think it is about time that Neilson & Bauer expand their regional reach.<br><br>Written 3 yrs agp:<br>I am always taken aback at how professional, efficient and effective Neilson Bauer are in getting the job done. Don in charge of lettings is my go to person when I need a flat let.

Ercan was consistently professional, responsive, and very clear in his communication.
