Robert Schaverien, Lloyd Salisbury and Maedah Sadooghi have been extremely professional, offering wise counsel and patience when at times things felt very stressful for me. Very efficient, no phone call or email went unanswered. I really appreciate their support throughout the whole process.

14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

Thanks so much!- 30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Would give 0 stars if I could.<br><br>My experience with KFH has been an absolute nightmare.<br><br>I moved into a property in January and was completely unaware beforehand that it had significant damp and mould. Once I discovered it, I repeatedly reported the issues to KFH and their property management team. Despite numerous emails, follow-ups and maintenance visits, the underlying damp was never properly addressed.<br><br>I was repeatedly reassured by people connected to the landlord that there was nothing wrong with the property, despite the problems I was experiencing. Even KFH staff told me that “no one had raised it before”, despite the bedroom smelling so strongly of damp that it felt like an underground aquarium. Communication from KFH was also extremely poor, with very slow responses which left me constantly having to chase for updates.<br><br>Eventually, the property became uninhabitable and I had no choice but to move out and pay for alternative accommodation, resulting in thousands of pounds of additional costs and losses.<br><br>I paid for an independent damp and mould inspection myself, which confirmed the property had significant damp and mould. Despite this, I still had to leave the property.<br><br>What makes the situation even more frustrating is that £750 of my deposit has now been awarded to the landlord, despite everything that happened during the tenancy. I find this completely unacceptable given the circumstances and KFH made no attempt to resolve the situation and protected a very corrupt landlord.<br><br>This has been ongoing since January and has caused an enormous amount of stress. I have ultimately decided to walk away from pursuing the matter further for the sake of my own sanity.<br><br>I would never ever use KFH again based on my experience. I would STRONGLY advise anyone considering renting through them to think very carefully. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing, from the branch I dealt with right through to head office and area manager.<br><br>AVOID!!
17th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)A Fantastic Experience with Ellis & Co<br><br>We’ve had a really positive experience with Ellis & Co, and in particular, we’d like to thank Khalid for all his help and support throughout the whole process of moving into our flat.<br><br>Recently, we had an emergency with one of the sockets that started popping. It was already Friday evening, the office was closed, and most places were out of hours. Despite this, Khalid went above and beyond to find an electrician for us, and the problem was fixed in no time.<br><br>It really shows how much the agency cares about its tenants. The communication is always excellent, and whenever we’ve needed help, they’ve been there for us.<br><br>A big thank you to Khalid and the whole team at Ellis & Co for your outstanding service. We highly recommend them! ?????

He makes way to solve any issue that will be in the way of achieving completion, he is reliable, professional and really just makes things happen. He looks on all possible routes to sell. If I'm honest, I was not expecting the quality of service I got, because the flat I was selling is a relatively low-value property; I figured the team would save their energy for homes nearer the top end of the market, but they absolutely did not. Initially I got a realistic idea of likely selling price from Charlie, who was both helpful and knowledgeable (he clearly knew my market segment). Senan did the first viewing ... and then I started to worry if I'd made the right decision about my agent because then Richard brought someone round, and then Pierce - where was the consistency, and how would this impact my customer service? Turns out I was completely wrong in my assumptions: all three members of the sales team gave me nothing but excellent support, and they also kept in touch with each other about what progress was being made so service was seamless whoever I spoke to. Once I had an offer, they were brilliant liaising with the buyer; and - critically - they gave me timely and well-placed advice to ensure that I could move things along as quickly as possible at my end when other organisations were causing delays. Not only did I get first-class service but the whole team are as friendly a bunch as you could wish for. I recommend them wholeheartedly (I never thought I would ever say that about an estate agent!) and would choose them again every time.

4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Recently rented a london apartment with element. Someone who was moving to london from manchester had a big drawback of communication and physically meeting and viewing. I could not stress enough how helpful freddie from element properties had been. Its only because of him that i found a gem of a property without having to even visit london for viewings. I only came down when the deal was almost final. His help throughout the process of viewing and then sarah came in to deal with the admin and she was great too. Dealing with my annoying small questions promptly and guiding through the process.<br><br>I cannot stress enough how greatful i am for these guys.
