Howard has a keen understanding of the London market and offered insight and advice about how to best market our home. In a tough sellers market, he found us motivated buyers quickly. He also helped us navigate the selling process in an efficient manner so we could minimize our time to closing the sale. On a personal note, Howard has a great sense of humor and offers a no pressure approach to buying and selling real estate. We can’t recommend him enough!
11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)I’ve been supporting my sister hunting for a flat recently. Kitty Lehane at the Hampstead branch was so helpful and lovely. Every conversation was a delight and even though we didn’t find the right property with Foxtons, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Kitty. She made sure that any opportunities were sent to us and viewings were arranged swiftly. I shall be sad we are no longer flat hunting but now Kitty can devote her time to other lucky clients! I only gave four stars because we didn’t find a property- but if it was to rate the person she’d get 10 stars.

We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

He was extremely professional, very clear in his communication, knew when to step in and when to step back when the owner was showing us around. Willing to come in very early to show us a property, even on a Saturday. Straight-talking without any of the usual "fluff" that comes with the industry. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Overall a great experience and I hope he is recognised for all his efforts!

They consistently generated viewings when other agents struggled to bring prospective tenants through the door, and they never lost momentum.<br>Most importantly, they found the perfect tenant for our home, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind as we relocated overseas.<br><br>Thank you both for your hard work, commitment and excellent communication throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamptons—particularly to anyone looking to let a high-value property. You'll be in excellent hands.

Due to complex reevaluation of fire safety regulations there were delays beyond everyone’s control but thanks to them navigating carefully between seller and buyer and always remaining optimistic they helped the process and kept the process as easy as it could possibly be- and even made it a lot less stressful than people say ! Great estate agents - thank you
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)We are incredibly grateful to TK and Eva H. in the Hampstead office for helping us find a flat a block from our son’s school in Hampstead. It was a very scarce market in the local neighborhood this year for a family of four and every decent place seemed to be receiving multiple offers on the same day and disappearing from the market before one had a chance to even see it! Rather than give up on us and ride this wave of hot rental properties, Eva kept diligently finding places for us to see and ultimately found our dream flat. But there was a problem- it was very popular with multiple families and we were very much at a disadvantage with limited rental history. However, Eva pulled out the stops and made a compelling case on our behalf and somehow made it work!! As we sit on our new balcony we feel incredibly grateful and have to give credit where it is due - Eva and her Tk office really came through for us! Thank you!!!!

They were always accommodating when arranging viewings and took the time to clearly explain everything about the property. Communication between all parties was smooth and prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. Friendly, approachable, and very supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agency.

Evelyn was brilliant at showing us around the properties, and the signing process was smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Since moving in, our property manager Saima, has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we’ve had about the house or maintenance.<br><br>Everyone we’ve dealt with has been responsive, professional and kind, making the whole experience a real pleasure.<br>We would highly recommend Hamptons Muswell Hill.

It's been more than 6 years. They helped find a tenant (a small family), who are still there. They proactively sorted out issues whether they were related to local council, maintenance or services. For someone like me so far away, this is more than assuring. Particular mention to Aziz Khan for his outreach and accessibility and to Billy for his hands on operations. Thank you so much. I'd recommend Farrell Lewis to anyone looking for top class real estate management.

They kindly arranged two viewings for us and even accommodated a last-minute EICR inspection along with a pre-exchange viewing, which we really appreciated. Everyone I've dealt with have been knowledgable & friendly- 13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I honestly had such a great experience with this agency, and a huge part of that was because of Athman.<br><br>From the beginning, Athman was absolutely amazing. He was always helpful, easy to communicate with, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right place rather than just trying to get everything done as quickly as possible. He made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful and was always there whenever I had questions or needed help with something.<br><br>What I appreciated most was the amount of effort he put in throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was just another client, and he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. Finding a new place can be pretty stressful, but Athman genuinely made it a really positive experience, and I couldn't have asked for better service.<br><br>I also really want to mention Lyla, who was a massive help towards the end of the process. She helped me get everything sorted and finalized once I had found my new place and made those last steps so much smoother.<br><br>Really grateful to both Athman and Lyla for all their help.
