15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I would highly recommend using Rochester Place as an estate agent. I couldn't have asked for better one-to-one communication and reassurance from Imran, who deals with lettings.<br>I was initially hesitant and wondered whether using a smaller, independent company was the right decision to find a tenant, as I had previously used larger agencies such as Foxtons and Chestertons. However, Rochester Place has been outstanding.<br>Their communication has been excellent throughout, always responding promptly and providing reassurance whenever needed. They also offer access to an affordable maintenance team, which has been a real benefit.<br>Rochester Place advertises on Rightmove just like the larger agencies, so choosing a smaller company certainly doesn't mean compromising on exposure. In fact, the biggest advantage is the personalised, one-to-one customer care they provide.<br>Thanks to their efficient service, they found me a tenant within just a few weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rochester Place to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and reliable estate agent in NW1. Thank you Imran and Team

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

16th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.

She listened to all of our needs and requests and did everything to make sure they were met. She was always available, even when she wasn’t on the clock, which was so reassuring as it was our first time renting with Foxtons. The move in was so smooth and all that was made possible with Sephorah’s help!
