From the outset, they brought a clear, structured approach to sale process. Being present and engaged throughout the sale. Junaid gave us guidance, not just in selling, but also in helping us understand what to look for when buying our next home. This made a big difference in how confident we felt when making decisions. On Completion, Stefan was very helpful, he went above and beyond, he supported me alot. Throughout, they were professional, reliable, and reassuring to deal with. Very friendly people. Overall, a very positive experience and a team we would happily recommend.
10th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)Absolutely unacceptable level of service. I walked in today 10.04 as a potential tenant and was immediately met with a complete lack of professionalism. A staff member was casually eating and chatting while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged, with no greeting or even basic recognition. After several seconds of being ignored, I was finally noticed, but the reaction I received made it very clear that my presence was seen as an interruption rather than a customer walking through the door. That kind of attitude is not only unwelcoming, it’s outright disrespectful. If this is how prospective clients are treated on first contact, it raises serious concerns about how the business operates overall. The owner should be concerned about this kind of behaviour being displayed to potential customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning or considering this place further. First impressions matter—and this one ensured there won’t be a second.

They secured an outstanding tenant within days No delays, no unnecessary back and forth, just results I highly recommend them.
22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We received excellent care and support from Bradley, Dominika and Billy at Philip Alexander, while purchasing a property on behalf of our father. They were flexible with viewing times, considerate of our father’s needs (he’s in his 80s), and always honest and clear with their guidance. The range of different properties was also impressive, especially as keeping within budget was an important factor. We especially appreciated that there was never any pressure to buy - no pushy sales tactics - just a straightforward, professional service. They also responded promptly to our solicitor’s queries, which helped the process run smoothly. We would happily use them again and highly recommend them.

As a first time landlord not knowing everything regarding lettings / rentals they have been keeping me up to date every step of the way. Would use David Andrews again in a heartbeat!

16th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.
