Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma

From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. 11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Simon was very professional when he came to give me my valuation on my house with a view to selling it. He went into great detail explaining the process and how it would proceed. Jess and Reo came out to view and get a feel of the properties lay out ready for possible buyers. I received weekly updates throughout after agreeing for Bairstow Eves help sell my property. They were both pleasant, friendly and professional in their duties and any advice or help I needed. My house sale was completed on 10th February 2026 and I have been very happy with all their help in the process. Great team. Thank you Kind regards, Paul

23rd Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I want to thank Marie, Michelle, Lisa, Karen and Dawn for the faultless customer service they've provided throughout the process of selling our house. They've been consistently wonderful. Although we weren't able to secure the price we had initially been hoping and aiming for, and it took a while, the main thing is that we've reached a sale. The photography and advertising, and the marketing strategy that followed, made the best of what has often been described to me as a 'quirky' property - this was some impressive stuff. I'd heartily recommend Marie and her team.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Initially we decided to use Leaders because of the enthusiasm of Lisa, who came out to do the appraisal. Once we had a buyer, the negotiation on price started. We advised Chloe of our minimum selling price, adding 'this is just between us'. Less than five minutes later, she came back to us, sounding pleased with herself and advising that the buyer would meet our minimum selling price. There didn't seem to have been much negotiation in those few short minutes. Maybe we should have made it clear that the minimum was just that; a minimum, not the price we wanted to sell at. Yvonne was our sales progressor and we were not impressed with her lack of contact. A couple of times we gave her information but got no reply to our emails. We were in contact with our solicitor regularly and Yvonne did chase information from the solicitor on one occasion that we had already been given by them. Overall, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly but we think that was more to do with our solicitor being very proactive and our contact and chasing of them. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Leaders sits somewhere in the middle of the agents we have used.

Still waiting for repairs i reported in October, happy to contact me when they put my rent up but won't fix any problems, disgusting.<br><br>Attached other reviews to show how incompetent they are
