26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. Throughout the process, I felt I was treated with a complete lack of professionalism and respect. On several occasions, staff laughed at me while I was trying to discuss genuine concerns about the property, which left me feeling humiliated and upset. The situation became so difficult that my electrician refused to continue dealing with them because of how rude and dismissive they were. The property on Thames Road also failed its electrical inspections, and I was very concerned about what I considered to be serious safety issues. Despite raising these concerns, they were unwilling to negotiate or engage in any meaningful discussion. Instead of listening to my concerns, I felt dismissed at every opportunity. The entire experience left me in tears, and I would not recommend this estate agent based on how I was treated. I believe customers deserve to be spoken to with respect, especially when raising legitimate concerns about the condition and safety of a property.

She supported me with everything and explained all the information clearly, making the whole process much easier and less stressful. I would also like to thank Haris for his help with the mortgage application form and guidance throughout the process. Finally, thanks to William H Brown? for all the support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

From the beginning, she was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Amber provided clear information, answered all my questions promptly, and made the viewing and paperwork process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated her communication and support, which made everything much easier for me. Extremely helpful in getting the purchase through at a price that was good for us, we were kept informed of progress, but more importantly they were very quick in coming back with responses to our questions. Thanks inparticular to Michael and Natalie for their friendliness and super-efficient assistance in getting this purchase through.
14th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.

16th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I cannot thank Rex and the team enough for the assistance they offered when we were back in Nottingham from Bahrain to see our son who was in hospital. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests which included a short team licence to occupy so that we could be close to our son once he left hospital. It was a difficult time for us so Rex's thoughtful help and support was very much appreciated. The team were always courteous and willing to please and had exceptionally good local knowledge of the lettings market. As a landlord myself in Bristol, I would have no hesitation in using CP Walker to manage my property if I owned one in Nottingham.

The sales team did a fantastic job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Yasmin, Antonia, and Hannah were consistently kind, professional, and clear in their communication, which made everything feel much smoother. The lettings team were equally impressive during our time as tenants. Any issues were handled promptly and efficiently, and we always felt well looked after. Annabel and Olivia were outstanding property managers, proactive, approachable, and always keeping us in the loop. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Marble to anyone renting or buying.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Her expertise, confidence, and approach really set her apart.<br>Ana and Gabrielle and libby deserves a special mention too for there patience and responsiveness—they were always on hand to answer my calls and kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br>Finally, Lucy has been brilliant in progressing the final stages of the sale, ensuring everything continues to move smoothly towards completion.<br><br>Overall, a fantastic team effort—professional, supportive, and highly effective.
