From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.

24th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)These guys will choke u you for a viewing, tell the landlord to humble himself a bit there are many apartments in nottingham, they wanted me to sign a contract which include a rent increase, first time i have ever seen, will treat u badly. Edit: they have really tried to come back to me, and ali was a very respectful and sincere guy and apologized for everything and took alot of time to be clear with me, ali the best guy

Ben was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, he took the time to explain the area, transport links, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Unlike another company we were trying to apply for a house with frank innes well more so Amber swain made our aplication process quick and easy and within a week we are moving into our new home. All the staff in the Arnold office also were a pleasure to work with . Kerry was reassuring , nothing was too much trouble, she returned calls and followed up on enquiries. I hadn't sold a property for over 25 years so I needed someone who would guide me and David James certainly did this . I would recommend them without hesitation. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Buying a home can be stressful at the best of times, but the team kept everything moving smoothly and were always easy to deal with. A big shoutout to Kerry Thomas, who's been fantastic throughout. She was open and transparent throughout the whole process, kept me updated without me ever needing to chase, and was always happy to answer any questions. It's made the whole thing feel a lot less daunting. If you’re buying or selling, I’d definitely recommend HoldenCopley.
