12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I completed end of November with the help of Mark, and the additional support of Ed as well, throughout the whole process. This was my first time purchase, on the back of a previous sale that did not go through in the end, so I was very sceptical in starting all over again but this led to my current place ???? The Hamptons was very responsive and help me a lot to deal with a number of items that came up throughout. Would definitely recommend!
25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)THIS AGENCY IS A WASTE OF TIME! JUST BECAUSE I AM CLAIMING HOUSING BENEFITS THEY WONT LET ME RENT THE PROPERTY. THAT IS ILLEGAL! THEY SHOULD BE PENALIZED AND SHOULDNT OPERATE! WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL PASS YOU TO ANOTHER AGENT TO ANOTHER UNTIL YOU WERE JUST HANGING THERE WAITING FOR SOMEONE THEN THEY WILL HANG UP! I WILL REPORT THIS AGENCY TO THE COUNCIL! WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL! I AM A SINGLE MOM, WORKING FOR MY KID, REASONS WHY I HAVE THE SUPPORT FROM THE GOV'T BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT ME AND MY KID!!!!!!
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I'm consistently surprised by how easy KF&H make property management look. They are not really on top of things, and don't show any professionalism or competence, and it doesn't seem to matter at all! Some observations of my interactions with them as a tenant: Will they reply to you promptly and keep you updated through the tenancy application process? No. Is their portal easy to use and navigate? Not particularly. Will they make you use a referencing company that harvests your data and spams you? Yes. Will they arrange a clear handover and move in process? After you ask twice. Will they even give you the correct keys to the property? Nope. Will they require you to spend your own time cancelling direct debits and setting up standing orders because of changes they decide to make to their systems? Yes. How will they communicate that? By sending emails that look like phishing attempts. Will they notify you of rent increases before they take effect, or will they instead allow you to discover the new amount retrospectively through an arrears notification? Second one. On the plus side, I always get a good laugh out of my interactions with them. 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Alexandra Isoveanu. My experience was a complete failure from start to finish, characterized by a dismissive attitude and a staggering lack of basic industry knowledge. Throughout our interactions, I felt my time was treated as an afterthought. Not only was the service dismissive, but it became clear that Alexandra had little understanding of the specifics regarding property negotiations, a complete amateur. When I asked standard questions regarding the negotiation, I was met with vague or incorrect information that caused unnecessary delays. A sales negotiator is expected to facilitate a process, not hinder it through incompetence. This level of service is a poor reflection on the Temple Fortune office and falls well below the standard one expects from Foxtons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was a total waste of time and a deeply unprofessional experience.

Despite several external delays that were outside of everyone’s control, Alessandra remained fully committed to supporting us in completing the agreement. She was proactive and consistently took action to help move the process forward including consistently chasing third party operators. Even when we faced external obstacles that could have slowed everything down, she did everything within her capacity to mobilise the necessary steps and accommodate our requests.<br><br>Hanan was equally diligent and supportive. She ensured that both the tenant’s and the landlord’s rights were protected and handled appropriately. She provided clear guidance on both minor and major matters and was consistently responsive, even at short notice.

Richard was particularly helpful; was extremely reliable and always replied promptly to any questions. Overall, I would recommend Chestertons to anyone looking to rent! The process of renting was both smooth and enjoyable. :)

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)My husband and I bought a house through Charles David Casson a couple years back and they were the worst part of the process. Their communication was poor from start to finish. They recommended the worst solicitors, DO NOT go for the solicitor they recommend. They failed to adequately arrange viewings and made the process HELL. At several points I had to request their manager to intervene, who was equally useless. If you enjoy stress and headache, you can go for them. If the seller had not been so lovely and accommodating, we would not have got this sale over the line. We literally did all the work whilst they twiddled their thumbs and wasted our time. After the sale went through, they’ve been harassing me periodically to give a valuation of the house- in case I want to sell. Haunting me even to this day.

She is an absolutely amazing and professional person who helped us a lot during our tenancy. We had several issues with our landlord, and Dani handled everything with patience and professionalism. She supported us through the process, solved many of the problems we were facing, and even managed to help us get our deposit back, which we truly appreciate. If it wasn’t for her, we would have faced many more difficulties and honestly I don’t know what we would have done without her help. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. I’m very grateful for her support and highly recommend this agency because of her.thank you Dani Stagg

I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. I have had a very good experience with them over the past few years for all the services they have rendered to us. I therefore strongly recommend them.
