They took the time to understand our search requirements and kept an eye on the wider market to send us homes that best fit our profile, saving us time and energy by doing the hard work for us. He took us through a number of viewings and was endlessly patient as we worked out exactly what we wanted. His helpfulness made the whole process much less stressful, and he ultimately helped us find a flat that was a great fit for us. He was extremely professional, very clear in his communication, knew when to step in and when to step back when the owner was showing us around. Willing to come in very early to show us a property, even on a Saturday. Straight-talking without any of the usual "fluff" that comes with the industry. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Overall a great experience and I hope he is recognised for all his efforts!

Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.
