The sale process required enormous patience, persistence, and careful handling of multiple parties. Throughout the entire journey, Nathan Taylor, and especially Billy Saxton provided incredible support, continuous communication, and reassurance at every stage. Billy Saxton in particular was absolutely instrumental in getting the transaction completed. His professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to manage complex interactions between all parties were truly outstanding. I am genuinely grateful to Billy for all his hard work and dedication. Without his persistence and support, I do not believe this sale would have been completed successfully. Wasn’t really pushy or salesy! He helped us a lot with the house search and was quick to reply whenever we had questions. Made the whole process way less stressful. Would definitely recommend him if you’re looking in the area

As a first time landlord not knowing everything regarding lettings / rentals they have been keeping me up to date every step of the way. Would use David Andrews again in a heartbeat!

16th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)Make sure you take a picture of the every single item in the houses, they accused you of stealing items, when I have email Lanlord cousin will take most the belongings after they charged me accused me of stealing staff, I have pictures of items I have asked to be cleared from the house because it was most personal staff, after they charged me of missing items, Taylor foxton worker unprofessional accusing me of stealing things from the house, manager doesn’t want to put a report on her because they don’t know I have emails to prove Lanlord took the most items which she didn’t give a report what she has taken after they try to charge me, they try to charge me because the carpet was out of its place, make sure you video record every single item,

16th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.
15th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I would highly recommend using Rochester Place as an estate agent. I couldn't have asked for better one-to-one communication and reassurance from Imran, who deals with lettings.<br>I was initially hesitant and wondered whether using a smaller, independent company was the right decision to find a tenant, as I had previously used larger agencies such as Foxtons and Chestertons. However, Rochester Place has been outstanding.<br>Their communication has been excellent throughout, always responding promptly and providing reassurance whenever needed. They also offer access to an affordable maintenance team, which has been a real benefit.<br>Rochester Place advertises on Rightmove just like the larger agencies, so choosing a smaller company certainly doesn't mean compromising on exposure. In fact, the biggest advantage is the personalised, one-to-one customer care they provide.<br>Thanks to their efficient service, they found me a tenant within just a few weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rochester Place to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and reliable estate agent in NW1. Thank you Imran and Team

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

He worked extremely hard for both sides, and even though I was the purchaser, pushed for fair negotiation on the asking price and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Rishi is honest, responsive and very good at his job, I would thoroughly recommend him if you need an estate agent.
