She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always available to answer our many questions, took every call with patience, and even went out of her way to arrange access for our decorator. She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)THIS AGENCY IS A WASTE OF TIME! JUST BECAUSE I AM CLAIMING HOUSING BENEFITS THEY WONT LET ME RENT THE PROPERTY. THAT IS ILLEGAL! THEY SHOULD BE PENALIZED AND SHOULDNT OPERATE! WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL PASS YOU TO ANOTHER AGENT TO ANOTHER UNTIL YOU WERE JUST HANGING THERE WAITING FOR SOMEONE THEN THEY WILL HANG UP! I WILL REPORT THIS AGENCY TO THE COUNCIL! WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL! I AM A SINGLE MOM, WORKING FOR MY KID, REASONS WHY I HAVE THE SUPPORT FROM THE GOV'T BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT ME AND MY KID!!!!!!

Ben has been incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our questions, and very patient throughout the whole process. He’s taken the time to explain things clearly, arrange viewings efficiently, and has been genuinely supportive as we’ve been exploring our options. That level of communication and professionalism really builds trust, both in him and in the wider KFH team. We really appreciate all the help so far and would definitely recommend Ben to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and approachable estate agent.
