I had a challenging time with solicitors when buying, but Simon kept me updated throughout, fully understood what I wanted, fought in my corner and was integral to both mine and the seller’s experience.<br><br>He went above and beyond constantly, was so attuned to what was needed and when, and, when needed, wasn’t afraid to push and get things moving. Without him I am not actually sure I would have got through the process at all.<br><br>I am not planning on selling anytime soon, but would recommend Simon and his team (shout out to Michael) as they are the best, fastest, friendliest, easiest, and kindest in the business.
7th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

From the very beginning, he has been incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process.<br><br>Igli has gone above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He is extremely responsive, approachable and always takes the time to answer any questions and keep me updated. 6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Hanover has given me absolutely fantastic customer service from beginning to end. If I'm honest, I was not expecting the quality of service I got, because the flat I was selling is a relatively low-value property; I figured the team would save their energy for homes nearer the top end of the market, but they absolutely did not. Initially I got a realistic idea of likely selling price from Charlie, who was both helpful and knowledgeable (he clearly knew my market segment). Senan did the first viewing ... and then I started to worry if I'd made the right decision about my agent because then Richard brought someone round, and then Pierce - where was the consistency, and how would this impact my customer service? Turns out I was completely wrong in my assumptions: all three members of the sales team gave me nothing but excellent support, and they also kept in touch with each other about what progress was being made so service was seamless whoever I spoke to. Once I had an offer, they were brilliant liaising with the buyer; and - critically - they gave me timely and well-placed advice to ensure that I could move things along as quickly as possible at my end when other organisations were causing delays. Not only did I get first-class service but the whole team are as friendly a bunch as you could wish for. I recommend them wholeheartedly (I never thought I would ever say that about an estate agent!) and would choose them again every time.

It's been 3 weeks since I have moved in and we are still figuring out basic home fixes that should have already been considered prior to my starting date.
