14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)A proper professional. He handled everything quickly and smoothly.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Billy was always very kind and helpful.
He was very accommodating and flexible with the viewing times and dates.
I felt I could reach out to him with confidence.
Communication was very swift.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently sold my property through Hamptons and had a great experience.

The team (Ed, Dan, Max and Mark) were great. They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.

Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. His persistence and communication made a real difference in getting the transaction over the line.

I would happily recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.- 16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Simon Cole is simply a saint and one of the best agents around. I had a challenging time with solicitors when buying, but Simon kept me updated throughout, fully understood what I wanted, fought in my corner and was integral to both mine and the seller’s experience.

He went above and beyond constantly, was so attuned to what was needed and when, and, when needed, wasn’t afraid to push and get things moving. Without him I am not actually sure I would have got through the process at all.

I am not planning on selling anytime soon, but would recommend Simon and his team (shout out to Michael) as they are the best, fastest, friendliest, easiest, and kindest in the business.
7th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.

At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.

When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.

I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.
20th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)A huge thank you to Miles Roberts and the team. Miles helped my family and I get into our dream home in West Hampstead. 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Nothing but exceptional service from David. Despite how popular the property was, they didn’t turn it into a bidding war and have been supportive and patient throughout the conveyancing process.

A special thank you to David for keeping the solicitors in check and, more importantly for always being so personable, responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. He really went above and beyond throughout the process.

A great agent, a wonderful property, and we’re genuinely very pleased to have bought it.
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I cannot recommend Igli Zyko highly enough. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process.

Igli has gone above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He is extremely responsive, approachable and always takes the time to answer any questions and keep me updated. What really stood out to me was how genuine and trustworthy he is — you can tell he genuinely cares about helping his clients rather than simply making a sale.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Igli, and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who is reliable, honest, professional and truly goes the extra mile.

Thank you so much, Igli, for all your help and support. ??
