From the initial viewing of the property to exchanging contracts the whole team was always curteous, patient and helpful.<br><br>A special shout out for Graca who was our contact throughout and always there when we needed to clarify something or check on progress. Barny too was equally helpful in keeping us informed and politely nudging us and the sellers along. Would highly recommend this Estate Agent.
10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Linas at Barnard Marcus has managed our tenanted property for over ten years, and I can't recommend him highly enough.<br>We're overseas landlords, so we rely entirely on our agent to be our eyes and ears on the ground — and Linas has never once given us cause for concern. He's taken us through three or four tenancy changeovers, each handled smoothly, and when issues come up he deals with them promptly and keeps us properly informed.<br>Ten years of consistently going above and beyond. Genuinely trustworthy, and a large part of why owning a rental property in London has been stress-free for us.

You managed to find us the perfect buyer , a great price and exchange and complete in less than 4 months . The whole process was quick, efficient and basically seamless. The marketing of the property was spot on and very professional. The communication throughout the process was excellent. From David when he came to value and talk me through the process and Luke who handled everything from then on nothing was too much trouble and he kept me informed every inch of the way and always with a smile. I loved the way of communicating with the office and with my solicitor was through What’s App. Questions and queries answered instantly, it was more like chatting with friends so different to any other estate agent I’ve dealt with.<br>Thank you ????????????

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I had a really stressful experience with previous moves, but Finchleys made everything so much easier. Their support and communication were excellent throughout. I don’t live in the property anymore, but I’d still highly recommend them.
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Absolutely worst estate agent to deal with. We used them to rent our property and regretted it from start to finish. They are slimey, dishonest and try to get away with doing minimal work while fleecing you for max fees. The phrase you get what you pay for doesn't apply here. Read the contract carefully lots of surprise hidden clauses like they take over your utilities and will charge you things without asking you first. Money grabbing and lacking scruples. Bad experience as a landlord so imagine it must be lot worse as a tenant.

Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.

They kindly arranged two viewings for us and even accommodated a last-minute EICR inspection along with a pre-exchange viewing, which we really appreciated. Their support made the whole buying process much easier. Highly recommended.

From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.
