15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Outstanding service from the team at Chancellors in Finchley who have overseen the sale of my late parents' home and some associated land. Robert Schaverien, Lloyd Salisbury and Maedah Sadooghi have been extremely professional, offering wise counsel and patience when at times things felt very stressful for me. Very efficient, no phone call or email went unanswered. I really appreciate their support throughout the whole process.

7th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.

At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.

When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.

I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.
