He's taken us through three or four tenancy changeovers, each handled smoothly, and when issues come up he deals with them promptly and keeps us properly informed.<br>Ten years of consistently going above and beyond. Genuinely trustworthy, and a large part of why owning a rental property in London has been stress-free for us.

Alicia really understood my requirements and the value of my house, never troubled me with "tyre kickers", and found a Buyer with exactly the right profile and ambition for my house. Alicia worked tirelessly to navigate the new Covid-rules to prepare my house for sale and conclude the sale as quickly as possible, keeping me updated at all times, and helping to unblock issues on the Buyer's side. Both Seller and Buyer were very pleased with the outcome, and I would highly recommend Alicia to help sell your property.<br><br>Given my positive experience from my first transaction with Ellis & Co above, I used Alica Casingena at Ellis & Co (Golders Green) to sell my father's property in 2026 after he moved into a care home. Alicia delivered for me again, achieving my sale price in very tough market conditions: high interest rates, high number of properties for sale and low number of serious buyers. Alicia knows the Golders Green market inside out, and is an expert sales negotiator. She understood my requirements which included a hard time constraint to get the sale done, and her marketing advice was spot on. Alicia is very personable, always contactable, and worked tirelessly through many evenings to push the sale through. I always felt Alicia 'had my back' throughout the process, and there was no need and no point in trying to market the property across multiple agents given Ellis & Co's track record and market reach. 1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I had a really stressful experience with previous moves, but Finchleys made everything so much easier. Their support and communication were excellent throughout. I don’t live in the property anymore, but I’d still highly recommend them.
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Absolutely worst estate agent to deal with. We used them to rent our property and regretted it from start to finish. They are slimey, dishonest and try to get away with doing minimal work while fleecing you for max fees. The phrase you get what you pay for doesn't apply here. Read the contract carefully lots of surprise hidden clauses like they take over your utilities and will charge you things without asking you first. Money grabbing and lacking scruples. Bad experience as a landlord so imagine it must be lot worse as a tenant.- 13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I have been looking for a property for a while so enlisted Foxtons to help me. Josh Marsh has been super efficient and helpful in my search keeping me up to date with any news and developments as they happened. I did eventually find as property, although not through Foxtons, but I’d highly recommend Josh.

Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.
