Robert Schaverien, Lloyd Salisbury and Maedah Sadooghi have been extremely professional, offering wise counsel and patience when at times things felt very stressful for me. Very efficient, no phone call or email went unanswered. I really appreciate their support throughout the whole process.

They are super efficient, friendly, approachable and, most importantly, they actually get things done! Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and it’s so reassuring to know that any queries or issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.<br><br>They are a real credit to the company and make the whole renting experience so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about providing a great service.<br><br>A huge thank you to Greta and Miriam — you are both fantastic!

He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.<br><br>The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nick and the team.

17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Avoid these estate agents.<br><br>In my experience, they appear far more concerned about landlords than the tenants who pay their fees indirectly through their rent.<br><br>I moved into a supposedly luxury‘new-build’ flat that was filthy, damaged and excessively overheated. The conditions were so bad that they affected my health. Throughout my 13-month tenancy, I was repeatedly given excuses, misled and left chasing the company to resolve ongoing issues.<br><br>I had over a dozen visits from various tradesmen attempting to fix major problems with the flat, yet the whole experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating.<br><br>Despite requesting the landlord’s contact details in writing at the start of my tenancy, they refused to provide them. When it came to the return of my deposit, which should have been dealt with within 10 days under the terms of my tenancy agreement, I did not receive it until day 24, after having to chase them repeatedly.<br><br>What I find particularly frustrating is that they are very quick to send reminders when rent is due, yet getting a timely response or having legitimate tenant concerns addressed is an entirely different matter.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to think carefully before renting through this company.
