The entire process was incredibly efficient and professional; Sophie was always responsive to my queries and handled the contract preparation and signing with impressive speed. Her communication is precise and consistently helpful—I strongly recommend her! Since moving in, "Helen" has been managing the property and has been equally wonderful. Any issues I've reported have been handled promptly by professionals. Helen is a highly responsible and effective property manager. Great team overall!

However, when we started searching for a flat in Peterborough through Rightmove, Karnelia made the entire experience completely hassle-free. She took care of everything—from arranging viewings and handling all the documentation to managing payments and ensuring a smooth key handover—with the utmost dedication and professionalism. 11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I've been using TM services for about ten years, selling, buying and letting property and generally they give very good service. Most recently I used TM on a managed let to handle the change of tenant process which they did successfully but not perfectly. The services to notify utilities when changing tenants did bit work for me for energy and council tax. I find that this time find TM were good at contacting me for any issues or updates but not easily contacted themselves e.g. phone numbers given incorrect, calls transferred to unanswered phones, no response to voicemails left or emails. Fortunately TM have a great asset in Sheetal Shah who handled all the various procedures over the change of tenants which reduced my tasks considerably. Sheetal could also be relied upon to respond to my emails and calls, and was always helpful and patient.

Having never sold a house before, I have no comparative experience, but I would certainly retain their services again if I were to need an estate agent to act on my behalf, especially due to the ‘personal touches’ - they never made me feel like I was ‘just another sale’ , and checked in regularly with genuine care about my sale and any requests or questions I had along the way. 12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)My wife and I are delighted with the service we received from Newton Fallowell in Peterborough when we were buying a property in PE4 (completed today). Nothing was too much trouble for Ellie and her colleagues - multiple visits to the property, arranging access for surveys, queries about keys, key codes and many other things, even down to the swift removal of the SOLD board. If we ever find ourselves buying another property in this area, Newton Fallowell is the first place we'll look.

We moved in weeks after, occurred a few issues within the property being there 2 years - the communication and care from Fiona was UNMATCHED. She was there understanding from a personal level as well as a professional. They are the most lovely pair and if anyone in the near future would be looking to Sell/Buy/Rent etc I would 1000% be sure to point them in Villager Homes direction. Moving out of the property is bitter sweet just for the pure fact we no longer have a ‘Fiona’ in our lives. Christine & Sam.

While other agents were nice, none compared to how personable and transparent this team has been. ?The application moved incredibly quickly, and we found them to be completely honest throughout the process. Nikki has been excellent and we genuinely wish all estate agents were more like her. Highly recommended!

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Advertised at £400K… but then the description says £400,000–£450,000 (Guide Price). So which is it? Feels more like clickbait than a real listing. Estate agents, honesty is the best policy — stop playing games with numbers! Edit - Thanks for the explanation. I understand that property portals only allow a single headline price, but that’s exactly why choosing £400k as the headline when the guide price actually runs up to £445k can feel misleading to buyers browsing listings. Most people filter searches based on the headline figure, so naturally it creates the expectation that £400k is somewhere near the realistic price point. Including the range in the description is helpful, but the headline price is still what draws people in and shapes the initial expectation. And just to clarify — leaving a review doesn’t require someone to have made a formal enquiry. Many buyers are simply browsing the market and commenting on how listings appear from a buyer’s perspective. If anything, that kind of feedback is useful because it reflects exactly how potential buyers first see the listing.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
