I live a fair distance from the flat and Lesley kept a check on the security and the presale work being done keeping me informed and in touch even out of office hours. Lesley’s dedication to her job makes her a valuable asset to Connells I would recommend this estate agent to anyone selling or buying in the Cambridge area.

11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Asked for a valuation along with a couple of other agents - decided to go with another agent. Since then they call me all the time, despite me repeatedly (at least 10 times now) telling them to delete all my information from their files and not contact me anymore. I cannot express how irritating it is, and I believe a breach of GDPR as well. Can you just leave me alone???

From day one, it felt like I’d known Patrick my whole life. He made the whole process straightforward, and even during the stressful moments, he put my partner and me completely at ease. Our move started out as a simple limited chain transaction but become unwittingly a more challenging chain of transactions and they, together with our selling agent, came up with an imaginative solution to get the whole chain completed.

1st Jan 2024 (2 years ago)4 viewings in 6 months says it all. And that was AFTER they told us to reduce the price. No communication on a regular basis and totally inflexible. We were keen to sell, offered to do an open house, they said it wouldn’t work. We asked if we could go multiagency because we weren’t satisfied and were given a clear NO.

2nd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From our first contact with the St Ives office of Harvey Robison we were given first class attention and all the help we required by the superb team who work there. With their guidance we found things a lot easier to understand. Full marks to Harvey Robinson who i would highly recommend.

When we first moved in we dealt with Sharon who always managed all our queries in a timely manner. This continued when she left and we dealt with Hayley and Vickey. The team all tried their utmost to insure repairs etc were managed quickly and professionally, this wasn’t always an easy task for them due to matters beyond their control. I would recommend them highly as letting agents. Thank you for all your support, friendliness and professionalism in the past 7 and 1/2 years. K, G and A

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)They did a good job of photographing the property inside and out and new EPC certification, as well as dealing with the house viewings when I wasn't present. I don't believe however that they did anything proactive in marketing the property beyond the initial presentation? They never discussed with me premium listings on platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla, and I don't think they "refreshed" the listing (regularly changing the lead image, update the description, etc) either.

From the first visit, to the final sale the experience was tailored to our unique requirements and preferences.
