15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)The WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and it seems I very much dodged a bullet. I recently went to view a rental property, agreed to pay 12 months rent upfront and a provisional move-in date, signed the tenancy, paid the 1st month's rent and damage deposit in advance (rest on sale completion), and was advised to call back within the hour to speak to John to arrange key collection 48 hours later. It wouldn't be a lie if I told you that John, also the Area Lettings Manager, is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. In the 1.5 hours, he sat opposite me arguing, I was told to shut up and be quiet twice (his actual words). I was shouted at. I was called a bully because I wanted to know why all four staff members had failed to call the landlord or myself back the day before. I had questions ignored. I was lied to when I asked if the calls were recorded (even though other staff members have confirmed they were). I was laughed at. I was also told (with a big smirk on his face) that he had advised the landlord to re-market the property if I hadn't completed and transferred the balance of 17k by close of play the next working day and would now not be allowed to move in, as agreed. It appears the poor lady I had spoken to on the phone was only a trainee and shouldn't have dealt with my call. Feeling backed into a corner, I advised the landlord I would withdraw my application. The property is now back on Rightmove and empty, and WHB needs to start all over again with viewings and referencing and refund my money. This is only a snippet of the complete mess it’s been from start to finish. The landlord and I have raised formal complaints, but am I surprised? No. I have never heard anything good about them, and their staff turnover is incredibly high, but look at how their Manager treats people.

28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)Great experience selling my Dads bungalow in Swaffham. The whole team bent over backwards to help in every way they could. In particular Tony and Emily who I dealt with the most were amazing and very professional as well as being kind and considerate. They were a great help as I lived over 2 hours away from the property and I was able to leave most things to them to sort out. I would highly recommend them for selling and I am sure purchasing a property in the area. Many thanks Ken.

The staff were all very professional and helpful for both my sale and purchase. During the day of completion they kept me updated and everything ran smoothly in the end. 13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Beware hidden costs. The most recent took 3 x monthly £40 (plus VAT) for their new RLP protection in one monthly bill from my 83yr old mother, leaving her unable to cover her care costs. There was one communication (which we cannot locate) that apparently told us to let them know if we DIDN’T want the RLP cover! They went ahead and took the money. When questioned about this practice, the company refused to issue a refund, leaving an old lady out of pocket.

Most of all thou with a warm friendly family like approach . It made the whole process easy . Thank you so much- 2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Abbotts to sell my house and have not been disappointed. Shane is always available to help with any queries. Kieren, Joanne and Adam have all been amazing with Kieren doing most of the viewings. Although market hasn’t been fantastic, I’ve had lots of viewings and now have an offer within 4 months. The process has been smooth and recommend anyone wishing to sell their home to use them. I’m so happy with the service they have provided.

Will Mullan was our main point of contact and was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process, despite the fact that to this day we have not met in person because of the pandemic! The whole experience was really positive (aided hugely by the lovely couple who sold us the house); with no games being played and clear communication throughout, which I really value. Sadly this has not always been our experience elsewhere! Whenever we had a question, Will was available on email or on the phone. His colleagues who showed us the house and brought us the keys on moving day were also very friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommended.

The whole Aspire team were very friendly, very approachable and advice asked for by us and given freely by them. Despite a slow market we eventually both bought and sold within two days.

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Whittley Parish for my first move in 48 years because they are a small, local, independent business. Of the three agents that I initially considered, Alex Parish demonstrated the greatest local knowledge and the best understanding of my requirements. I have no regrets about my decision to commission them. Throughout the whole process, from the initial planning session to the completion of my sale, Alex and his colleagues were professional, reliable and always did whatever we had agreed. Their communications were clear and they were responsive to all of my questions or concerns. They were supportive to me personally and showed a good understanding of all aspects of the sales process as well its legalities and practicalities. I recommend Whitley Parish without any reservations.

Contact was efficient and only when necessary, and when we got to the the negotiation phase Ollie was helpful and helped us get the deal over the line. We're now in our new home and the Norfolk Agents definitely played their part!
