Our broker Aston went over and above for us, being extremely helpful from the initial consultation all the way through to the mortgage offer. He was always readily available, very friendly and very well informed, and we had full confidence in him from day 1. I honestly can't recommend highly enough. We are first time buyers and he ensured we understood the process at every stage. A brilliant job extremely well done. Thank you Aston!
7th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)If it had not been for the wonderful assistance given to us by Hannah and Alicia at Watton branch this sale would never have reached exchange. Alicia helped us through the initial process with completion of the online forms which would have been a nightmare without her. Hannah relentlessly and efficiently progressed the process in spite of the many obstacles, delays and difficulties which the conveyancers/solicitors caused. Thank you to all at Watton branch.

4th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We contacted Brown&Co as they had sold another property for us about nine years previously, which had gone very well. We put this property on the market in 2025 and at this point we were introduced to Elisha who dealt with us very professionally. Elisha was always happy to discuss how to move forward and we felt she always kept us informed of what was happening. If Elisha was on another call she called back promptly and was excellent at responding to questions and following things through. We eventually moved in May 2026 and purchased another house through Brown&Co and very much appreciated the patience and time Mason and Sally spent keeping us informed of progress. Tyler was fantastic through out & Rebecca handled sales progression and kept us up to date. We viewed 1 house with a different estate agent and they didn’t even turn up!
