Unfortunately I have been dealing with my Father’s health issues at the same time a tenant has left my property in an unkempt state and behind by 2 months rent payments. Ross, Drew and Chloe have been brilliant in assisting me during this difficult time. I thought that finding a property at short notice that ticks every box would be quite difficult, but not only did she recommend a great property, she went above and beyond to ensure those boxes were ticked. As we live over 100 miles away, this presented many difficulties for us but Rob, Henry, Sam and the team provided a professional service and gave regular updates throughout the whole process. We have not experienced any issues with the Aspire Team , who are very friendly and helpful at all times. The current market conditions are very challenging at the moment, however the Aspire team have been very supportive to us during the period our property has been on the market. Which enabled us to secure a positive outcome. We would therefore have no problems with recommending them to faimly and friends. Jackie & Kevin Clark

He was also very pro active as later that day he called me back to discuss some measurements that I had requested and made the suggestion that whilst he was at the property he could WhatsApp me and give me a live video tour. Excellent idea and much appreciated as it gave me the confidence to make a four hour round trip and view the property.<br>Carson met me at the property and gave me adequate time to fully explore it, he is my opinion an extremely professional, helpful and approachable person.

Alex not only helped us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, but also gave us some really helpful advice with the negotiation. In the end, we managed to agree the purchase for £12,000 less than we were originally prepared to pay!<br><br>What impressed us most was that Alex genuinely wanted to help us, not just arrange the mortgage. He was honest, approachable and always happy to explain things or give advice when we needed it.<br><br>We are now getting close to exchange and couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone.
