Chris, Elen, Magnus & the team were all involved throughout the entire process and made what can be a stressful process as easy as it could be. Communication and updates were frequent which kept us informed about the progress of both transactions. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had been renting a property in Ely for the past 4 years or so through Cheffins and have had nothing but a positive experience. They have always been super quick to respond to any communication and extremely professional while doing so. They were also incredibly understanding, respectful and accommodating of my personal situation. I especially want to call out Bev H who I spoke with the most, she's a real star. Should I decide to rent again in the future or have a property to rent out then Cheffins will be my first choice.
15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)The WORST customer service I have ever encountered, and it seems I very much dodged a bullet. I recently went to view a rental property, agreed to pay 12 months rent upfront and a provisional move-in date, signed the tenancy, paid the 1st month's rent and damage deposit in advance (rest on sale completion), and was advised to call back within the hour to speak to John to arrange key collection 48 hours later. It wouldn't be a lie if I told you that John, also the Area Lettings Manager, is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. In the 1.5 hours, he sat opposite me arguing, I was told to shut up and be quiet twice (his actual words). I was shouted at. I was called a bully because I wanted to know why all four staff members had failed to call the landlord or myself back the day before. I had questions ignored. I was lied to when I asked if the calls were recorded (even though other staff members have confirmed they were). I was laughed at. I was also told (with a big smirk on his face) that he had advised the landlord to re-market the property if I hadn't completed and transferred the balance of 17k by close of play the next working day and would now not be allowed to move in, as agreed. It appears the poor lady I had spoken to on the phone was only a trainee and shouldn't have dealt with my call. Feeling backed into a corner, I advised the landlord I would withdraw my application. The property is now back on Rightmove and empty, and WHB needs to start all over again with viewings and referencing and refund my money. This is only a snippet of the complete mess it’s been from start to finish. The landlord and I have raised formal complaints, but am I surprised? No. I have never heard anything good about them, and their staff turnover is incredibly high, but look at how their Manager treats people.- 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I recently purchased our home through William H Brown and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The staff were all very professional and helpful for both my sale and purchase. During the day of completion they kept me updated and everything ran smoothly in the end. Our lettings negotiator was Harriet Scrivener and she made the whole process extremely smooth and easy. We were in constant communication with her and she was extremely prompt in keeping us informed and answering all our queries in a highly efficient and professional manner. My wife had been looking to rent an apartment in this building for quite some time now and Harriet made it possible and that too so seamlessly. I would highly recommend Tucket Gardner and especially Harriet to anyone interested in lettings and sales.

Kieren, Joanne and Adam have all been amazing with Kieren doing most of the viewings. Although market hasn’t been fantastic, I’ve had lots of viewings and now have an offer within 4 months. The process has been smooth and recommend anyone wishing to sell their home to use them. I’m so happy with the service they have provided.

Nothing was too much trouble for Ellie and her colleagues - multiple visits to the property, arranging access for surveys, queries about keys, key codes and many other things, even down to the swift removal of the SOLD board. If we ever find ourselves buying another property in this area, Newton Fallowell is the first place we'll look.

The whole Aspire team were very friendly, very approachable and advice asked for by us and given freely by them. Despite a slow market we eventually both bought and sold within two days.

Contact was efficient and only when necessary, and when we got to the the negotiation phase Ollie was helpful and helped us get the deal over the line. We're now in our new home and the Norfolk Agents definitely played their part!
