20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)From the moment I contacted Hannah and the Abbots team to value my property after a messy separation, the service i received for the best part of 3 years was phenomenal, very professional and helpful on every step of the way, took some time because of court orders and difficulties with the ex but have managed to sell the property efficiently and as quickly as humanly possible. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars but I can't. I absolutely highly recommend this team to deal with any property issues no matter what the circumstances, they have felt more like friends then business people. I actually made it the court order for Hannah and her team to deal with my property and they haven't faultered at all, I will miss our weekly phone calls and back and forthing.<br>USE THESE GUYS PEOPLE!!!

25th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)On behalf of the estate of the late Neville Garner, would again like to sincerely thank the team at Sowerbys for their profession approach in completing the sale of the final property in the estate ie Tall Trees, Saham Toney. Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. When we were under offer Lucy was amazing , she was helpful , efficient , incredibly patient and went the extra mile on almost a daily basis . She most definitely helped keep me sane through those last few months.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>A special thank you to Aysha, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. She kept us regularly updated, responded promptly to our questions, and always made sure we knew what was happening at each stage. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.

Showed us a beautiful property with so much character, as much as we loved the property we couldn't take it as it was a little too small for us. But will keep contact in case a larger property comes along.
