19th Aug 2015 (10 years ago)Very good,Helped me let out my my late mothers cottage for a year to help pay the tax and duties etc. Found lovely tenants and looked after the property for me as I live three hours away. Would recommend them. Hannah has been wonderful.

Absolutely NO interest, personable approach or motivation in presentation! In short personality and sales approach of a cold fish!

16th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Goundrys highly enough. Sarah P. went above and beyond during our house sale and consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her communication was excellent throughout ,always clear, honest, and timely,which gave us real peace of mind .nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Goundrys again and would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.
23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Not brilliant at updates. Property sold within 3 days so maybe undervalued? All solicitor recommended by them turned out to be on line from wales so very difficult for updates. Money kept back without clear reasons why although eventually paid

21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

Wainwrights were great and when we found our perfect property they helped everything run so smoothly. A big thank you for all their advice and assistance. Lovely people.

30th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)Fantastic company to deal with, Tiff and the crew were so helpful helping me find a rental property at short notice at the beginning on the year, They were all very quick to respond to any questions or issues I initially had. 6 months on I’m loving my new home. ???? thanks guys
15th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Terrible details and photographs, a child could do better. Office never open. Learnt after the property was sold that she never contacted the first people who had put in an offer to give them chance to come back with an increased offer. Website should have been a warning not to list with her as its appalling. Not sure how she is still trading!

17th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Contacted Ware to enquire about a purchase. The first point of contact we spoke to couldn’t answer anything about the business we were enquiring about. Signposted us to Jasper who would apparently contact us to answer and discuss questions ( never heard back from him! ).
