They kept us informed before and after all viewings and we had quite a few before we found our buyer but always felt they maintained an enthusiasm and commitment to the job. A very professional but personal service.

The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. They went out of their way to ensure they knew everything about the property before viewings which included Richard making sure that all the agents knew everything detail so that answers could be given on viewings. I had full trust in how they went around their business and were extremely professional. I highly recommended SBK and will be using them again. Thanks to the whole team

4th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We had an offer accepted on a house being marketed by Brambles. However, they refused to update the online listing as 'Sold STC' online until the memo of sale was signed by both parties. In that time frame, another agency who had showed the house to a buyer several months prior gazumped us and we lost out. Brambles then tried to get us to engage in a bidding war. Based on this experience I would not recommend this agency. They lost thousands in sales commission and we lost our next home, all because of their stupidity.

Experienced, genuinely caring and ready to go that extra mile which is essential in the current tough market. I have no reservations in highly recommending TH&B.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

Phil was the agent I purchased my property from and from start to finish he did everything in his power to get the whole chain to complete, going over and above considering he was not my selling agent. We had a very tight deadline and if it wasn’t for Phil being proactive, I’m not sure it would have happened. If I ever was to move again, I would definitely use Phil and would recommend him to everyone.
