Nothing was a problem with extra viewings & questions, very efficient at getting further information and very easy and quick for my solicitor to deal with. It definitely shows a good company when most of the staff have been there for a very long time! I would like to particularly mention Hannah who is a joy to be around and an absolute credit to the Nesbits team! Exceptional at what she does, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. 5 STAR PLUS!

She balances the needs of myself, the tenants, and tradespeople seamlessly. What I appreciate most is her efficiency and decisive approach—she always offers sound professional advice and recommendations. A fantastic asset to the agency.

I have found Cubitt and West staff to be patient, informative and driven to provide great customer service.<br><br>I was previously advertising my flat with an alternative agency. 1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Brilliant support from start to finish. My first time selling a property, sadly my late mum's house. Mark completed the valuation for probate for me and handled the initial paperwork when I was ready to market the house, then Imogen took over showing the house, taking offers and providing support all the way to completion. Both were fantastic and communicated well and in a timely manner. Imogen made sure we knew how the sale was progressing once an offer was made. As a bonus, the fees were very reasonable. Thank you both for your support throughout the process

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
