12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I have dealt with many letting agents in the past, and I can honestly say the service and care I received from Chloe and Danni at Leaders was exceptional.<br><br>They were both incredibly quick to respond and always proactive in getting things sorted. Danni showed us around two properties and took the time to genuinely discuss the pros and cons of each one with us, considering what would work best for our family. Even though both properties were beautiful, we never felt pressured into making a decision.<br><br>If you are considering putting your property on the rental market, I would thoroughly recommend Leaders. They clearly understand the process and take the time to make sure they are finding the right tenants for your property.<br><br>And for anyone looking to rent, I couldn't recommend Chloe and Danni highly enough. They genuinely have your best interests at heart and don't make you feel like they're simply trying to get another property off the market.<br><br>Excellent service from start to finish - friendly, kind, supportive and professional throughout what can be a very stressful and unsettling time. Highly recommended! ??

My case worker, Lisa, was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in a way that I could understand. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded quickly, giving me complete confidence throughout the purchase.<br><br>What really stood out was the teamwork. Whenever someone was out of the office, my case never felt like it was put on hold. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

During that time I've used a number of different residential letting agents most of whom have been breathtakingly average on their good days. The team at Pearsons do not belong to this group. They are good. They are professional. They are easy to deal with. They have my unreserved thanks and I recommend them without reservation.

Routine inspections and communications were handled efficiently, and the tenancy was managed well overall. They have been really responsive whenever we’ve had issues that have required a contractor to be sent out.<br><br>We particularly appreciated their flexibility whilst we were trying to coordinate moving dates, so thank you to Shelley, Ana and the rest of the team.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Communication was excellent at every stage, both with my wife and I as landlords and with our tenants. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly and with a genuine level of care.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how approachable and reliable the whole team were. We always felt that our property and our tenants were in safe hands, and that everyone involved was being treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Marco Harris to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company. A genuinely excellent team and a first class service from start to finish.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
