They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.

12th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)We spoke to a number of agents before deciding to use Michael Bailey as he was very clear about what he and his colleagues would do and the selling process. His valuation was reasonable, MB and his team handled all the viewings and updated us very regularly. We had an offer at asking price after a few weeks and would recommend MB's service.
8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.

13th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL DISGUSTED WITH THIS COPANY we had come here and they was lovely in the beginning and understood everything with us and we moved in thier has been problem after problem I have a little baby and I have contacted them about mold and rats and all sorts thier out of hours number is copy and pasted I have been in several times to show how the mold is affecting even are furniture they just say somone will be in touch it has been months my child has been very ill but as 2 parents and thier baby we haven’t got much other options even when we brought up rats coming through having to sort it out selves they just said sorry in an email that was it I wouldn’t recommend trying to contaminate with these people they have no time for anyone I thought they was lovely at first and really wanted to help they left me without a working bath or sink for over a month !!!! I’m disgusted- 8th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)Selling my business has been a journey, many ups and downs, timewasters and buyers wanting to pay peanuts. But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
