Enquired about a parking space, took three phone calls to get a call back and then informed me I needed to provide three months in advance and a £100 deposit even though the listing said £0 deposit and another member of there team said you could pay monthly. Maybe try to get your facts straight.

Mairead was very attentive to our needs and went out of her way to identify the kind of properties that suited our preferences. She arranged viewings outside business hours to accommodate our busy work schedules and was always smiling and ready to give advice and tips ranging from the most mundane to complex issues with the solicitors. We were made to feel more like family than clients. Our deal reached completion within 4 months. I would highly recommend this team.

She was so kind and thoughtful, answered all my questions and 1 million emails with patience and always tried her best to help me. Every email had an answer and it always felt like she genuinely wanted the best for me. Very satisfied with my experience with her as my agent!
31st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Don’t ever use dewhurst homes and avoid at all costs A property that we loved recently went up for sale We agreed a visit When we got to the visit the person showing us around had no clue on the property, the onward chain and couldn’t answer basic of questions, not there fault at all. More on the company sending her out when she specialises in rentals, we then put a bid forward and told it was rejected. We then proceeded to put a second offer in, they called us and said our first offer rejected no word on the second offer, we told them the second offer and was told oh this would be rejected and basically laughed down the phone. Third offer sent and same again told it wouldn’t be accepted, we then went above asking price and was told by Dewhurst homes the seller had accepted much higher but not responding so our offer is accepted, we agreed a mortgage and conveyancer and now been told sorry we’ve gone back to original person as been back in touch. Please avoid and take care if having any dealings with these rats

The whole process has been great from start to finish, especially after having such an awful experience with another estate agent and unfortunately being scammed previously.<br><br>The team have been professional, supportive, and made everything feel so much easier. A special shout out to Cathy, who has been absolutely amazing — so kind, helpful, and always so bubbly. 1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Im not best pleased with the way you have advertised a bungalow to rent on moorland road langho .it is not at all like pictures on your advert . The photos make it look really nice . I travelled from wrexham to langho to be greeted by a tree almost blocking the entrance and the state of the bungalow left a lot to be desired it was not as we were led to believe ready to move into ..the landlord was there fitting a carpet .he was a loverly man .<br>I think the way it was advertised was from photos years ago . And to my mind was false representation. To spend 3 hours travelling was a waste of my time had I k ow it wasn't ready for letting I wouldn't have viewed it and wasted my time .
27th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

Michael was helpful and informative throughout the process, from taking time out to accommodate a second viewing of the property to assisting with general property queries such as meter readings and stopcock locations as well being available late on a Friday afternoon for us to be able to collect the keys. Would recommend Leaders, Warrington.
21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I sold my house for a fixed fee, agreed in advance and it was only on the market for two weeks before a sale was achieved, unfortunately that fell through but the day afterwards I had two more viewings and two offers , one of which I accepted and it is progressing now . The team are lovely , good at communicating and I was pleased with the outcome .

Another estate agent had been involved but they had not managed to get the sale over the line. Marie Holmes Estate Agency identified genuine buyers and had viewings scheduled quickly. Communication was excellent. My son was guided through the whole process by the staff who used their expertise to ensure the sale was quick and mostly stress free. Fabulous communication on completion day meant that the removal went smoothly. Very happy.
