It was only listed for 3 weeks before I accepted an offer. 22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We wanted quotes from 3 agents and Kingswood stood out by valuing the property much higher than the others. We were surprised as the difference was huge. Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????

He even stayed past his finishing time on a Friday to help me move a few bits around to take pictures of my house to put it on the market. 28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I've called about 8 times and gotten through once.<br><br>Had to go through the Preston office to get Fulwood to call me back even after leaving Fulwood a voicemail.<br><br>Once I actually got through to Fulwood to organise a viewing, they said they'd speak to the vendor (doing their own viewings) and get back to me. That was a week ago, still heard nothing.

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

27th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
