30th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.

This is how I would expect estate agents should be!

My mother in law had never moved house before and Judy had care and compassion when helping find her perfect home, we couldn't be more grateful!

She is very attentive and delicate in handling matters, always making sure concerns are addressed thoughtfully. What impressed me most was her responsiveness—even when I had an issue over the weekend, she promptly replied and helped resolve it without delay. Her dedication and reliability give me peace of mind, and I feel well supported knowing she is managing the property. 7th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Northwood Wokingham have been with me at every step of the way from 2005 when I first became a buy to let Landlord right up until 2025 when I finally retired and they sold both of the rental properties they had managed for me for the last 20 years. With my first 2 properties in the area, I signed up to their Platinum scheme and the team fully managed the properties with a guaranteed rental income for me irrespective of any potential voids between tenants. This was perfect for me in the early days when I was new to the rental business, needed a guaranteed hassle free income whilst I worked full time. As the years progressed and my property portfolio grew, I moved to the standard managed package. I was working with other agents outside Berkshire with my other properties and was always impressed with how Northwood’s standard of service, property maintenance , property inspections and attention to detail was so much better than elsewhere. Denise, Julie and the team were always happy to help resolve issues as they arose and give practical advice. Fast forward to 2024-25 and I decided to sell my properties, Denise and Julie were who I turned to provide expert advice and guidance through the 2 successful sales. I recommend the team at Northwood very highly both for Landlords (and tenants) as well as for property sales.

I’d like to say a big thank you to John and team for all their effort’s in navigating us through what is already a stressful situation but was made worse by the solicitors (please only use recommended solicitors firms). I am grateful for the teams' patience and for not chasing us every 5 minutes like the previous agents (Hun***s). Thank you once again! Wishing the firm the very best.

Nick and Teresa have been incredible from the very start, advising us on the process, matching us with potential buyers (it genuinely feels like this, rather than just getting people through the door and wasting everyone’s time!) and consistently giving feedback so we know what’s happening. To our surprise the amazing service continued after we had accepted an offer, with Nick being instrumental in the sale process and proactively being the conduit that helped us understand was involved, helping to move things along when it felt like they had slowed and ultimately getting us to the point of exchange. We can’t recommend Quarters highly enough, they are absolutely phenomenal!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Bradley gave us complete confidence in the process and worked tirelessly to make sure everything moved forward. His communication, guidance, and commitment made a huge difference, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about achieving the best result for us. Thanks to Bradley’s efforts, Duncan Yeardley quickly got things moving. Our property was eventually sold with the help of Freya, who also played an important role in progressing the sale and helping get everything over the line.
