She has helped me find a lovely new home and the moving process has been very quick, this making things a lot easier for me during what has been a difficult time. Louise and the team have answered all of my questions and have been really friendly. I’m glad I can stay as a tenant with Sally Botham Estates because I know they will look after me and be here to help me whenever I need anything.

Hunters showed more prospective buyers round in the first week than the first agents had done in five months! The property description was better, the photographs better and the communications with Ashley and his team were friendly, clear and rapid. Within 5 weeks I had two decent offers on my house and now I can move on with my life.

My house sold within 3 days. I have moved house many times but never have I encountered such a professional outfit. Informed on progress every step the way .These girls were professional, polite, and very supportive during this stressful. time. What a team ! All this without excessive fees too . It was the best experience we’ve had viewing a house, he was so knowledgeable and friendly. The house wasn’t for us but if we could have brought a house via Phil we would have!
