Sold our property within a couple of months but had the most demanding cash buyer, who wanted everything done at her pace. Andrew and the team handled everything quickly and professionally, even though we were getting extremely frustrated with her demands. Sale completed and a big thank you to all. Would definitely recommend ??????

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I bought my rental apartment through Frank Innes, and always found the staff at the Chesterfield office to be friendly and eager to help. I was so satisfied with their service that I now use them to rent the property for me. Issues and queries are dealt with quickly, and it's always a pleasure to pop into the office when necessary. I can highly recommend them.<br><br>UPDATE<br>Agency has been gobbled up by Countrywide. I now get communications from numerous locations except Chesterfield. Maintenance is managed from Mansfield, by a team who don't know the building and who use Mansfield tradesmen, costing me time and money. EG: 4 months over winter to fix a simple electric heater, using a gas boiler company when an electrician or even handyman would have been fine. Almost £500 for a panel that might have cost £50-60.

The team have always been there to help and provide detailed information. They have provided reassurance through the process and been extremely helpful. Buying a house or selling a house is very stressful, especially when you’re a single person, Emily and Tammy were excellent and helped me through the smooth process. The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

I'm in my dream home, at fantastic price and the lengths this company went to, was just astounding.<br><br>You aren't just in God's hands in the house marketing, but at least you can be taken care of by Great hands.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We first worked with Jordan at Ready Steady Move when we let out our house, and later came back to sell it. The tenants she found looked after the property really well, and when it came to selling, the marketing was excellent - great photos, a brilliant advert and plenty of exposure.<br>It ended up being a particularly long and challenging sale, with several buyers dropping out or causing problems, but Jordan kept going, filtered out time wasters, negotiated offers up to where we wanted them and never gave up on finding the right buyer. Looking back, we've realised there's often a lot going on behind the scenes that you don't always see.<br>Selling a house can be stressful for everyone involved, but we're grateful for Jordan's persistence and hard work in finally getting us over the finish line. We'd happily recommend Ready Steady Move.

9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I have recently moved house and it was a difficult process with lots of issues that cropped up, however Tammy, Andrea, Rachel and Andy (Embrace FS) were all absolutely amazing. The whole team were the best.<br>They all went above and beyond to support us in our move.<br>The first sale fell through as our buyer pulled out the day before we were due to move. The whole team worked so hard to ensure that we felt supported and looked after us during this difficult time abd we sold the house again within 2 weeks.<br>We were kept informed as to how things were progressing and Rachel and Andrea chased solicitors across the chain to drag the sale over the finishing line.<br>They really were all brilliant, they listened to the crying, the ranting, the frustration and they supported not just us but our whole chain.<br>They were brilliant and I can't thank them enough.<br>I would highly recommend the team at Reeds Rains in Dinnington.
