As many people experience, there were plenty of twists and turns all the way through the process, but each and every time Laura went above and beyond to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. 2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We viewed a few properties with Hannah at Gascoines in July. We took a gamble on one in particular, above what we thought was in or priceing. She was very helpful and let us just look and reflect. Once we agreed to purchase Hannah was very supportive, left us alone when needed, and ‘prompted ‘in the right places. We were kept informed all throughout the purchase and Gascoines liaised regularly with our solicitors and our purchasers estate agents as well. It was down to the wire on the moving day, but we were kept informed and once keys handed over, we were given a really nice and useful pack. All in all, we’d definitely recommend Gascoines as an estate agent. A big thank you to Hannah as well
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a valuation done on our home. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the valuer. The packages blundells had available sounded great. Unfortunately we decided not to sell our house. However we have still decided to use blundells for our mortgage. Micheal has been extremely helpful and factual and patient when it has come to us making our decisions. The lady who helped arrange the valuation I think her name was sarah? She was also lovely to speak to. If we do decide to sell in future, we will be using blundells.

As first time renters we were nervous about how complicated the process was going to be however, Lilya was supportive and responsive throughout the whole process and was always happy to reply to emails quickly and efficiently. The service has been exceptional from start to finish. We can’t thank them enough!

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.
11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic! From the time Kelly came to do the valuation , take the photos to the board going up, the process was slick, professional and without intrusion. My house sold within 3 days. I have moved house many times but never have I encountered such a professional outfit. Informed on progress every step the way .These girls were professional, polite, and very supportive during this stressful. time. What a team ! All this without excessive fees too . What do they say about Estate Agents? Not in this case!! Thank you very much Bell & Co. Sue and Lottie.

If you are looking for an estate agent that you have to constantly chase, who has absolutely no clue, who are rude and arrogant, and tell you complete and utter nonsense, then Reeds Rains Dinnington is the estate agent for you! ???????? Avoid at all costs, especially Andrea and Tammy.
