Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

21st Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Why anyone would ever put their property on the Market with John Francis is beyond me, I'd go so far to say they are the most useless agents in all of Wales but the Narbeth John Francis are the number one worst agents. Whenever you call to arrange to view a property you're greeted with no end of excuses as to why they can't make that particular time or date even when you call over a week in advance, they promise a call back but never do "this isnt a one off its every single time" I'd go so far to say they are the laziest estate agents in Wales "it's no wonder properties sit for weeks on end never selling and just get reduced more than once whilst on John Francis books". And Nathan at Narbeth needs to vastly improve his customer service skills, poor is an understatement. I genuinely can't wait to deal with Ai estate agents over unqualified, unorganised, poorly trained, new out of school human agents, I have dealt with Ai estate agents in other areas of the country and it was like a breath of fresh air.

13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I don’t normally leave reviews for things but I couldn’t recommend the team enough. Letting a flat can be so tedious but Rhys and Holly really made the process so seamless. They answered all my queries really efficiently and went above and beyond for us.- 26th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Very poor so far, called and asked for further details on a property to be told that it has an accepted offer. I asked for other details on similar properties and was told that they would be emailed to me and received nothing for weeks. Later to find out that the property I was interested in had no offer and is still available. Given that they had my details they had not called to inform me or offered alternative properties.
- 27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The property market would be a much better place if all estate agents were as good as this branch of John Francis. We immediately loved the only property we viewed with them. The viewing was done by Ellie who is professional and charming. Our move from Bedfordshire was stressful and fraught with complications including unreliable buyers. However, the team in Fishguard, especially Emma, did everything they could to make our dream come true.
30th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.- 14th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Good and sound advice on the onset. All members of staff were very helpful from reception to Directors. We trusted in their confidence our property would sell, and it did.
30th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Well, basically told things by the senior agent which were not the fact at all and he even smirked at me when I gave him an initial offer price. Would not recommend them after our experience.

From the great first impression at our initial meeting with James, the exceptional and very clever marketing by Emma, support with viewings (which started as soon as our property was listed) from Lauren and the absolutely outstanding support (and sometimes therapy!) from Amy and Lara in getting us to the point of exchanging. The communication and commitment related to our sale has been second to none - To the point where I am left wondering who I will have regular chats with now, if it's not one of the catch up's with Amy I've become accustomed to?! I would not have a single hesitation in recommending this brilliant team to anyone thinking of listing or looking for a property. Thank you all again, for going above and beyond - You have definitely got a future returning client in me.
