Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Exceptional photography of the property and presentation in advertising. Follow up at every stage by Claire was faultless, explaining what was going on and swiftly answering my questions.

From the bottom of our hearts — truly grateful to the whole team<br><br>Evans Bros Estate Agents haven’t just helped us move house — they’ve helped us begin our retirement, and for that we will be forever thankful. The whole journey was flawless from the very first day right through to us walking through the door of our new home.<br><br>We owe so much to every single member of the Evans Bros team who was involved in our purchase — you were all absolutely wonderful. And we must give the biggest thanks to Angharad in particular, who was our absolute rock throughout.<br><br>When our first sale fell through, we were heartbroken — but Angharad and the team never gave up on us. She spoke tirelessly with the sellers, fought our corner, and secured us a precious two?week extension before they would have put the house back on the market. That little bit of time made all the difference — we found a buyer in just 12 days, and still completed on our new home exactly as we’d hoped.<br><br>Everyone worked together so brilliantly — liaising between us, the sellers, and all the solicitors with such care, patience and determination, pushing everything through smoothly when it felt like things could have fallen apart.<br><br>Because of all of you at Evans Bros, we are now happily settled in our new home — ready to put our feet up, enjoy our retirement, and start the lovely job of making this place our own. 7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)First off I fell for the “we have buyers wanting properties like yours”. They never materialised. Secondly when we asked for feedback on the few viewings we had we were told they couldn’t be contacted. I think all they did was stick it on Right Move and that was that. On occasions we walked down the high street we noticed the property wasn’t in the window. Lastly the phones at times were not working, not getting answered, not good if you are wanting to arrange a viewing. I would not recommend John Francis to any one.
21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Roland and the team at Popular Move are one of the most proactive and innovative estate agency’s I’ve come across, (and I’ve moved a lot!!) they truly care about doing the best for their clients, have some really clever systems and resources in place behind the scenes and are always thinking about the next move ( no pun intended ) to make life more efficient and successful for the process of actually selling houses in as painless and stress free a way as possible.
