Exceptional photography of the property and presentation in advertising. Follow up at every stage by Claire was faultless, explaining what was going on and swiftly answering my questions.

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)First off I fell for the “we have buyers wanting properties like yours”. They never materialised. Secondly when we asked for feedback on the few viewings we had we were told they couldn’t be contacted. I think all they did was stick it on Right Move and that was that. On occasions we walked down the high street we noticed the property wasn’t in the window. Lastly the phones at times were not working, not getting answered, not good if you are wanting to arrange a viewing. I would not recommend John Francis to any one.
