The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. The Franklin Allan team throughout the 10-year period have been friendly, professional and always reliable. They are courteous and responsive and have treated me with upmost respect. They guided me through more challenging times and are always there when needed. Franklin Allan also recently marketed and sold my property for me – all done effectively and professionally. This is a great team. I would 100% recommend them.

Brian, Kieran and the wider team were great throughout and made the whole process feel calm and well managed. Within the first week there were lots of viewings, and within a couple of weeks I had an offer I was very happy with. From there the sale progressed smoothly and completed in a good timeframe, with clear communication along the way. I was selling from a distance as the property was a rental, and the team were particularly helpful with this. They went above and beyond in dealing with practical and management-related issues at the property, which took a huge amount of stress out of the process and really helped everything run smoothly. Professional, responsive and genuinely supportive. I’m very glad I chose Field Palmer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.- 20th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)I used Field Palmer estate agent in Woolston for selling my property. I would thoroughly recommend them. The house was put on the market in May and I moved in November. There were inevitable hiccups along the way with some unforeseen problems, but nevertheless the chain remained secure. I believe that this was because of the interest that my agent, Leyton gave to the matter and the way that he supports both the seller and the buyer.

They advertise one price “including bills,” then sneakily change it to exclusive in the paperwork, hoping you won’t notice. Totally dodgy and misleading. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from these scammers.

8th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Had a viewing with someone from this company was really interested in the property asked to put a deposit down. We then got told we had to wait as lanlord had put it up for rent on another site. Waited for a reply for weeks in the end tried to see if we could get a reply or a call back but we got nothing. We replied on the website for property and still didn't hear anything back. Now its had a let agreed and still no reply. Absolutely devastated and annoyed would have been nice for a quick message to say sorry its not available.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
