Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Fox and sons were fine as the estate agent and got a sale very quickly. We used their so called ‘in house’ conveyancer but were surprised to find they were not local, and were difficult to contact to keep up to date with progress. With hindsight we would have been better using a conveyancer we could call in on when needed.

This was particularly due to Molly who guided us through the process and was always just a phone call away. She was so helpful and answered any questions we had and was always very friendly and put us at ease!<br>I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone!

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I contacted the agency simply to arrange a viewing and provided my full name and telephone number. I was then asked for additional personal information, including my residential address, before even viewing the property.<br>This reflects a wider problem in the market: unnecessary data collection becoming normalised at every stage. Agents should collect only the information genuinely necessary for the specific purpose. A viewing should not become a pretext for gathering more personal data than is reasonably required.<br>I found the approach intrusive and disproportionate, and it immediately reduced my confidence in dealing with the agency.

Richard and his team were fantastic from start to finish, and Richard was crucial in pushing to get everything over the line in time. Very responsive and always kept me in the loop - 100% would recommend and if I ever decide to go through the buying/selling process again, I’ll be back!

I would recommend this estate agents to everyone! From the initial enquiry and the first valuation all the way to the completion date we could not fault them.<br>They were easy to contact, quick to reply to all issues, took any actions needed without delay, kept us informed at all stages and overall everyone was just lovely and friendly.<br>We don't plan to move again for quite a while but we would 100% use them again of we did.
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Leaders to read the terms and conditions very carefully and proceed with caution.<br><br>My experience as a tenant was extremely disappointing and caused me a tremendous amount of stress, to the point that it affected my health. There were numerous administrative errors at the end of my tenancy, and I spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to correct mistakes that should never have happened in the first place.<br><br>I paid monthly fees for the deposit replacement scheme throughout my tenancy, only to discover that it offered virtually no benefit whatsoever at the end of the tenancy. This was never explained. Despite leaving the property in an excellent condition (landlord repeatedly stated I made it look amazing) and carrying out a thorough deep clean, I was still charged for professional cleaning.<br><br>I also left the property a couple of months before the end of the tenancy. Although a new tenant was found the day after I gave notice, meaning the property did not need to be advertised or remain vacant, I was still charged £899.<br><br>In total, I was charged more than £1,100 at the end of the tenancy, despite having already paid almost £2,000 into the deposit replacement scheme over the course of the tenancy, money that I never recovered and from which I saw no benefit.<br><br>To make matters worse, further administrative errors resulted in my landlady and guarantor being informed that I had failed to pay rent when, in fact, I had paid the amount due. This was both embarrassing and completely unacceptable.<br><br>Based on my experience, tenants are not treated fairly, communication is extremely poor, and mistakes can have serious financial consequences. I would encourage prospective tenants to be extremely careful and ensure they fully understand every charge before signing anything. The estate agents need to learn from this massive failing and improve things going forward.

He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.
15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Marco Harris and the fantastic team, Connor, Freddie, Anais and Hannah.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were honest, transparent and incredibly professional throughout the entire rental process. Communication was excellent at every stage, both with my wife and I as landlords and with our tenants. Everything was handled efficiently, clearly and with a genuine level of care.<br><br>What really stood out to us was how approachable and reliable the whole team were. We always felt that our property and our tenants were in safe hands, and that everyone involved was being treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Marco Harris to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company. A genuinely excellent team and a first class service from start to finish.

Luci works hard and is there whenever you need advice. She kept us updated at all stages of the sale and as others have said she is down to earth, honest and understands the market. 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)We would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his team. Our house sold within 2 weeks because in our opinion it was priced correctly. A WhatsApp group was set up so we were all in the loop as the move progressed, this was great for information about viewings too. If we had any questions we messaged and Jack or Robin answered promptly. The 5 stars are well deserved as friendliness and professionalism goes a long way, Fairmonts have both of these and more. Not sure we will move again but if we did we would be calling them 100%.
