7th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We had a very poor experience trying to let our property with JDM. We did not receive a single valid offer in over 3 months. The one offer received had a dog which we stated at the outset is not permitted by the headlease. Within 2 weeks of moving to another estate agent, we accepted an offer. I had to regularly chase for updates and re-wrote the listing blurb. I felt it was an overall poor experience with little enthusiasm and drive to complete the letting!

We were particularly pleased with the approach and help from Jack Frendo who assisted us from the initial viewing through to settling in and help with accessing and interfacing with the landlord. Highly recommended.

I initially booked the valuation with Debbie and she was quick to put me at ease, she was professional, clear and honest. The whole team were so friendly. Both her and Joe worked amazingly together to ensure a suitable strategy was chosen with regard to marketing and pricing. Feedback was swift, positive and constructive, Clara and Ava never failed to update me and were always happy to chat through my silly questions. Due to several prospective tenants Debbie gave me impartial advice which enabled me to pick a fabulous tenant. Overall great communication, great service and great team work.

This was a probate sale, and Platform took over after several unsuccessful months with a previous estate agent. They were proactive in getting in touch as the exclusive arrangement was coming to an end and made a strong, credible case for the quality of their service, which they fully lived up to. Despite a very challenging market, they generated over 20 viewings during the time the property was listed and guided us through a smooth and painless completion process. Communication throughout was excellent. We received prompt, detailed feedback after every viewing and always felt well informed at each stage. They also helpfully recommended a variety of different solicitors, and on the strength of their service we were happy to follow that recommendation. Customer care was consistently excellent: responsive, thorough and genuinely helpful. We are delighted with the outcome and very grateful for their professionalism and support throughout what could have been a difficult process.
