24th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Its a difficult market for selling. Properties are listed in abundance with valuations perhaps starting too high. Buyers are few and far between which meant that we had only 4 viewings over the same number of months. Every viewing is therefore critical and needs your agent to be fully appraised of features and any questions answered. Initial valuations versus actual market sale price need to be considered carefully.

12th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!

Throughout the whole process the Team at East of Exe, Jo, Tilly and Matt have supported us. Professional, knowledgeable,calm and efficient, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

9th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)STAY CLEAR FROM HERE THEY WILL TELL YOU LIES they promised us that with a guarantor our bad credit wouldn't matter just so they could keep our holding fee absolute horrible company don't fall for there tricks , my wife became very sick after dealing with these crooks, every bit of information that we knew about which was most was revealed to them and after they convincing us with a guarantor this couldn't happen they still kept it , legal action is the only way you will get your money bk We have been through the complaint procedure with no success this is exactly what you want people to do when there homeless or nearly homeless you do this and hope people will roll over lie and more lies

Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush or desperate unlike most people unfortunately are. Assured I would be called back/contacted, which had been to no avail. Wouldn't approach them again, if god forbid, I did find myself in a desperate situation.

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Rosie Marlow is everything you should expect from an estate agent ,sadly experience has been very poor. Rosie is very proactive ,knowledgeable,enthusiastic and has made the process of selling our apartment relatively stress free upto now.
