Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.

21st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)Buying through Lang Town & Country was an absolute breeze and, considering how stressful the buying process can sometimes be, they did everything possible to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, their customer service was exceptional, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful.<br><br>A special mention must go to Josh, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication and dedication really stood out. He worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, particularly when liaising with the various solicitors and agents involved in the chain, making sure everyone was kept informed and doing everything he could to keep things moving forward.<br><br>Even when there were a few issues and delays along the way, Josh remained calm, proactive and reassuring. He was always available when needed, quick to respond to any questions and made a real effort to resolve problems rather than simply passing them on. His willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference and gave me real confidence throughout the process.<br><br>Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lang Town & Country provided excellent customer service, and Josh in particular was outstanding. His hard work, approachability and commitment made what could have been a very stressful experience feel as easy as possible. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lang Town & Country, and especially Josh, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From our initial meeting, Charlie and Chloe were professional, friendly, proactive and incredibly understanding. They kept us updated throughout, responded quickly to queries and were always on hand to help. Their expertise and personal approach gave us great confidence and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
