18th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Sadly the housing market was quiet so only two viewings in two months. We reduced the price again and had an offer from the second viewer. Sample Mills did manage to get the buyer to increase by a bit and we struck a deal. We are also bought in the process of buying from them.

7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, we appreciated being kept in the loop at all times and towards the very end of our sale, just before the Big Christmas close for all Solicitors, we had the whole team at Allsworth go above and beyond to push our sale over the line. 20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)My Girlfriend and i have recently brought a house in London through John Couch The Estate Agent and it was a a pleasure. From arranging viewings through to legals and exchange it was all so smooth. The response time was always fast and any questions we had they were able to answer. Who knew an agent based in Devon would be much better than the ones inn London ! Thank you to John and Susan for making this move so easy !
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Terrible service ???? lost all the keys to property! Then set up a utility company without permission leaving me out of pocket of £500.00. When I complained the company tried to argue that they were totally innocent. Absolutely incompetent.

The process of selling our family home was very emotional and difficult, and I am grateful to Craig and Mandi for handling it with care and sensitivity throughout. 3 stars for the Rental team: Unfortunately, our experience with the rental team did not match the above standard. The inspections fell short, and the condition of the house at the end of the tenancy was disappointing as a result.

They made everything smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Taylor's seemed to be ok at first but I feel they messy about quite a lot when it comes to houses. I appreciate they need to make money and commission but twice I entered bids on a house which the estate agents said they should take then they ring me saying they have gone with someone else because of the deposit which I'm confused by as that doesn't affect getting the mortgage. I already have a deposit etc. feel like I've been messed about. I personally won't be using these guys for my next house/ mortgage as I don't feel it's been 100% professional but that's not to say it's all bad they done well for others.

If it had not been for her and all the hard work the team at imove out into the marketing, and adter care of my home thid never would of finally happened.<br><br>By far the best decision I have ever made using them.

27th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)Female answered the phone, advised I would like to view a house, and gave the address asked me the price and I thought it was a certain price but informed me I was wrong and they did not have a house for sale of that price. As I haven't sold my own house I am not allowed to view house for sale. Sounded cross and didn't ask me any details. I have a house in Cornwall with sea views and don't require a mortgage. This estate agency does not appear to want to sell houses
6th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)If you are thinking of a house move, do not look any further than Gerald and Kim at Pincombes to assist you along the way. From start to finish, from the marketing, house viewings, and finally to completion they made sure I was kept up date and were always available at the end of the phone to answer any of my queries. However, at Pincombes you get a lot more than that….. You Get integrity and You Get Humour….! House moving can have its ups and downs and without fail the way in which Gerald and Kim handled situations is what made the difference. I cannot thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Thank you both so much, Jo
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Their communication is always prompt, their service is reliable, and they take care of everything professionally and efficiently. It’s such a relief knowing my property is in safe hands. Truly outstanding service — highly recommended.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I strongly advise any prospective buyers or sellers to avoid Coast and Country. We purchased a property marketed as a 5-bedroom home, only to discover it was actually a 3-bedroom house with a loft conversion. This level of dishonesty and the blatant misinterpretation of the property’s true layout has resulted in a substantial financial loss and an immense amount of stress. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such a lack of integrity in a professional estate agency. Please exercise extreme caution and look elsewhere to avoid the same experience.
