There were some technical issues on our part because we overseas throughout the sale of the property, the team were 100% helpful in resolving these issues. We highly recommend Sample Mills.

In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Despite having our lovely mid-Devon country property on the market at a difficult time, in terms of over-supply and wide ranging financial concerns, Tom Folland, a Director at Strutt and Parker, has done a brilliant job for us dealing with a difficult and protracted sale, including a sometimes unstable chain. It has been so good to have an agent who has communicated with us all the way through the process, keeping us in the loop with everything we needed to know about. Tom has stayed calm and professional even when the process was driving us a little crazy because it felt so precarious and uncertain. Tom has been patient, kind and considerate, and we couldn’t recommend Strutt and Parker more highly for achieving a good sale - a terrific result especially in such a slow and uncertain market.

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I do not know where to start from to thank all the staff of the Taylors Estates Agency, Paignton.<br>I will start by thanking Ryan, who showed I and my wife round the property we bought.<br>He is amazing, he is a star. He explained every details of each properties we visited when we went for viewing, very jovial, easy to approach and all, and most importantly on time.<br><br>All the staff of the Taylors Estates Agent are all amazing and wonderful. They are the right team for this job.<br>I give you all 10 Stars<br>Whenever I call on phone, they answer and explain all questions I brought up.<br>They made sure I was successful at the end of the day.<br>I am very happy I am partnering with the Taylors Estates Agency on this.<br>I won't forget to mention that they referred me to Mortgage Advisor, Solicitor, they are all fantastic, they are all on time to deliver the job to be honest.<br>Kudos all!<br>You all are stars!<br>Love you guys xxxx
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We honestly can’t recommend John Couch Estate Agency highly enough.<br><br>They acted for us on both our sale and purchase this summer, but their involvement with us has actually stretched over well over a year from when we first saw our dream house for sale with the agency and putting our own home on the market with them. What started as a relatively simple house sale and purchase ultimately turned into one of the most stressful and challenging exchanges we’ve ever personally experienced — and there were certainly moments when we wondered whether we would ever get to the finish line!<br><br>I genuinely don’t think we would have done so without the incredible skill, experience and determination of the team at John Couch. They went above and beyond throughout the process, constantly communicating, chasing, negotiating and, when things became incredibly complicated, finding ways to keep everything together.<br><br>It really made us appreciate what a great estate agent is actually there to do. It’s not just about putting a property on Rightmove or showing people around a house. The real skill comes in knitting together a chain, understanding all the moving parts, managing expectations, finding solutions and doing everything possible to make sure a deal stands up and gets to completion.<br>And that is exactly what John Couch did for us.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work, patience and expertise over what has been a very long journey. They were very patient and understanding, offering advice and always professional. They also offered an extremely competitive fee. We would definitely use them again.

Would highly recommend for buying, selling and renting. During my recent experience, Lewis & Suzanne were extremely effiicient, though a huge thank you to all.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Seriously I could not be more shocked at the level of service. Having seen a flat come on Friday I emailed straights away. I also called and left numbers. I then called on the Monday (which was a real chore as no one was answering the phone) after 10th time to be told that the lady who deals with letting not in, but they would leave a message for her I then call Tuesday morning 10 mins after the lines are open to say that she has booked all the viewings and that they are not taking anymore. Shocking waste of time and the attitude was really tough luck, not Im sorry maybe I could help with another property.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I have just bought a new house from Persimmon Homes and used a preferred Estate Agents, Bradleys in Paignton, via the Persimmon Homes "Home Change" scheme, as one of the two agents to sell my house. Thank God I did! My house has been on the market with several other estate agents previously but to no avail. Bradleys in Paignton seem to have been the only ones to actively sell my house and get people through the door to view. We had several viewings and after a while a sale was agreed. Although there are only 3 properties in the chain, things have been very slow with getting the details finalised but, again, Bradleys have been the only ones to actively chase this, continually phoning the housebuilder, solicitors and the buyer to move things along. Debbie and Arash especially have gone above and beyond to chase up the progress on the sale and have, as requested, contacted me every single week to update me on the progress, whether there was any news or not. As we were coming up to exchanging contracts, Bradleys were phoning me every single day with the updates and seemed to be doing all the work from my perspective! I cannot thank them enough for all the continued hard work and effort, help and support that they put in to selling my property through to the exchange of contracts. The Manager, Debbie, even contacted me personally afterwards to congratulate me on the sale going through. I wouldn't hesistate in using Bradleys in Paignton again and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house. Under sometimes very difficult circumstances, they proved to be invaluable in assisting the progression of the sale and made the situation run as smoothly as possible. The professionalism of the team was outstanding and I would recommend anyone looking to sell, rent or buy their property, to use Bradleys in Paignton, without any hesistation. Thank you to Debbie and the team, couldn't have done it without you!

Ellie helped me through everything step by step and when I had occasion to speak to other members of the team at Fulfords Paignton they were equally as helpful. I would highly recommend them.

He was always very knowledgeable on the properties he was suggesting or showing me around, and if he didn't know an answer to my questions, he would do his best to find out. He always came across very polite and was a pleasure to meet. He sets a very high standard that unfortunately the other agents I've met with are yet to meet. He is a credit to the company!

Carl and Dawn are knowledgeable, professional and their customer service is second to none. All queries are answered promptly, rent is transferred quickly and any issues sorted efficiently.Wish we had found them sooner!
