Sample Mills did manage to get the buyer to increase by a bit and we struck a deal. We are also bought in the process of buying from them.

I asked about the new changes too and they sent me a booklet of everything I needed to be aware of! Such a helpful and lovely team. 5* service and prices are the cheapest in the area, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend. Thanks to Lisa and the team, would definitely work with them again.

6th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)If you are thinking of a house move, do not look any further than Gerald and Kim at Pincombes to assist you along the way. From start to finish, from the marketing, house viewings, and finally to completion they made sure I was kept up date and were always available at the end of the phone to answer any of my queries. However, at Pincombes you get a lot more than that….. You Get integrity and You Get Humour….! House moving can have its ups and downs and without fail the way in which Gerald and Kim handled situations is what made the difference. Viewings were always attended with knowledgeable staff with good sales experience and all had previously acquainted themselves with the property, a key element in my opinion when selling, unlike the previous "big name" agent that sent clueless people that didn't even know which room they were in and having to look at the brochure. We were kept updated by Callum throughout the process and found him to very professional and courteous. Well done ??????
