Any issues that arose were handled with great professionalism and dealt with promptly. While there were a few challenges along the way, none were the fault of Gregory Brown and were simply due to the chain, and Harry managed them exceptionally well. He generated a lot of interest very quickly, bringing multiple potential buyers through the door and securing several offers. Harry offered excellent advice whenever we were unsure about anything and guided us confidently through the entire process. He is extremely trustworthy and approachable, which made a stressful experience feel far more manageable. We would wholeheartedly recommend Harry to anyone looking to sell their home and needing honest guidance along the way. A big thank you from Surina & Jazz — this is an experience we’re sure Harry won’t forget anytime soon! ????

A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Seems to now be permanently closed as this is the second time I've got off the train at New Malden in the afternoon and found it shut. No details in the window to say when it will reopen yet stock still on the shelves? Now seems to be open again . Probably best to check before setting off if you intend to shop there these days

Even though he didn’t have to, he stepped in and helped us through our buying process while we were selling our property with another estate agent. His guidance, patience, and generosity with his time made such a difference for us. He made what could have been a very stressful experience feel far more manageable and reassuring.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Can highly recommend Miles & Bird and especially Aaron. He was professional and very thorough throughout the process. Ours was not an easy sale (poor market), but he kept us in the loop well and was honest and innovative with ideas about what we could do. Nor was ours an easy completion process (delays and complications largely created by solicitors across the chain), but that was where Aaron really came into his own. We obviously were not his only client, but we were made feel like we were - he worked so hard for us and was tenacious in chasing everything up for us, keeping us informed of what was going on / anything we needed to do, explaining the process, and generally keeping everything moving forward etc. At a very stressful time he was very reassuring.

Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors. A really efficient set up hence it is the second purchase I have made with this company. Thank you!

If we have ever had any issues they have been dealt with immediately, the process of acquiring the property was straight forward and the house checks have always been organised in advance. From the very first day of valuing right through to completion, the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but they kept us informed at every stage and were always quick to answer questions or chase updates if and when needed. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just pass messages along, they actively helped move the process forward and kept communication clear between all parties. We always felt they cared about getting things right rather than just closing a sale. Their marketing is exceptional and we sold our property within 3 weeks of it going live online! Thanks to their support the sale went far more smoothly than we expected. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you again for all your help!
3rd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.

I had a few come out to pitch selling for us but I was so impressed with what shaw and co had to offer and also very happy with Charan who was such a lovely man. I was happy with his extensive knowledge and his friendliness. They kept their promise on everything they said. We had a constant flow of viewers and the agents doing the viewings for us were lovely too. One in particular we dealt with was Maria. I think they went above and beyond. They all felt more like friends than us just being clients. I am happy to say our house sold with them and went through very quickly. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend to everyone. 22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Renowned Homes... What a great team, I was looked after by Bradley and Sean through purchasing our property in the centre of London. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!
