3rd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Very pleased with John Sheppard. Very quick on responding to questions. We spoke to with 4 or 5 local estate agents and felt they had the best understanding of our local area, including subtle differences between different roads nearby
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Very poor experience with this agency.
There was little transparency from the start, with the tenancy agreement repeatedly delayed until, just two weeks before our planned move-in date, we were told the property was no longer available because the landlord had changed their mind.

This left us in an extremely difficult situation with very little time to find alternative accommodation.

Even the holding deposit refund took a week and required multiple emails (with no reply) and phone calls. Very disappointing experience overall.
30th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)We have had a fantastic experience viewing the bungalow with Sadie - Jayne, very knowledgable, super lady, which we have been successful in purchasing. ????????????
17th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Martin has been fantastic, he has gone above and beyond for us, without Martin our house move would not of gone ahead, also to mention Rachel who was always at hand to message or call
Professional and also a caring attitude
Thank you Martin and Rachel for everything you have done for us
Lisa, John and Chris
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Amazing staff especially Louise ?????? greatly managed my sale, very understanding and helpful. Also Alison Birch the after sale team dealt with me very well too. ??????

5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Great girls at Kings Heath Dixons. They did us a solid on the price, sold our house in three months & helped negotiate our purchase as well. All of them gorgeous with great personalities & incredibly professional. Thank you Emily, Ahmreen & Amelia. Really appreciate you all.
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)James and the team at Rice Chamberlains did a fantastic job selling our house and ensured that everything went smoothly up to completion. James kept us up-to-date and helped us through every stage of the process. Compared to other estate agents we have delt with in the past they provided an exceptional service.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Bought a house and Dixon provided a great service throughout.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)The staff were good at trying to keep things moving but the advert had mistakes in which I asked them to correct but I would not have expected such errors from an experienced estate agents.
