15th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I moved to Xact from another agent and have been really pleased with their performance. Lovely pictures, very prompt and efficient service on every level. The difference is they know the local area, understand the market and they don’t just rely on all the usual property portals - they proactively market the property. I would highly recommend both the Knowle and Balsall Common office if you are thinking of buying or selling.

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I want to start by saying a heartfelt thank you to the team at Dixons who have been truly magnificent! My main contact throughout was Emily but Amreen was also very actively involved and Amelia involved in the background as well.<br>They managed the sale of my late parents’ property which came with lots of emotional challenges for me but the team were extremely compassionate during this sad time but whilst maintaining their unfailing professionalism. They were constantly managing viewings through calls coming in or by them contacting their client lists. Never did they allow the property to sit quiet, or not viewed. Feedback was prompt, helpful and realistic, no false hopes were given and advice was provided based on their clear depth of knowledge in the estate agency field. I deeply regret not having come on board with Dixons sooner as the property was listed with Glovers estate agents in kings heath for 3 months prior and this was a huge waste of valuable time through poor communication and efforts on their part.<br>I 100% advise anyone to use Dixons Kings heath as you can rest assured, your property is in expert hands with a professional, caring, courteous and good communicative team. Thank you all so so much!!!

I have no doubt her support and assistance will continue during my rental tenancy contract.<br><br>Since Harry took over as Property Manager in the Rental Dept , he has acted in a very professional, efficient, considerate and friendly manner throughout. I do hope Harry will continue to manage the property for the foreseeable future!<br><br>04/08/2026:<br>I have been a tenant at my current property for almost 8 years. Joshua, my Property Manager is professional in his role, yet friendly too. He's polite, re-assuring, supportive and communicates with me at all times as and when needed. I certainly don't have any negative views on him at all!<br>I'm very happy having Joshua as my PM!- 30th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Melvyn Danes, Wythall, were completely wonderful. I felt they were completely honest and professional and acting in our best interests at all time. They were very competent, calm and reassuring any time I had an enquiry. 21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency and would strongly encourage anyone considering renting, buying or selling through them to think carefully.<br>After progressing through the rental application process, our application was withdrawn at the very last minute with little communication or explanation. We were then told that the landlord wanted to increase the rent. Despite agreeing to the higher rent to avoid losing the property, the agency failed to keep us informed of the outcome or provide any meaningful updates.<br>The lack of communication and consideration caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. We have two young children and had spent the weekend preparing for our move. We were around 90% packed and ready to leave, only to be left in limbo with no answers.<br>To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint about how the situation was handled, but no proper complaints procedure has been followed and no genuine attempt has been made to address or resolve my concerns.<br>I understand that landlords can change their minds and that not every tenancy proceeds as planned. However, the way this agency handled the situation was unprofessional, inconsiderate and lacking in basic communication. A simple update or honest explanation would have made a significant difference.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency. If you're looking to rent, buy or sell through them, be aware that communication and customer care may fall well below what you would reasonably expect.
