His advice was always clear and helpful, which made everything much less stressful. Zaria was also fantastic - she kept things moving smoothly and made sure I was regularly updated with progress from both solicitors, which I really appreciated. Both Dave and Zaria were very responsive and easy to deal with, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. I’d highly recommend them!

15th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I moved to Xact from another agent and have been really pleased with their performance. Lovely pictures, very prompt and efficient service on every level. The difference is they know the local area, understand the market and they don’t just rely on all the usual property portals - they proactively market the property. I would highly recommend both the Knowle and Balsall Common office if you are thinking of buying or selling.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

Michelle, Lisa and Helen were fantastic throughout the entire process. Professional, knowledgeable and always on the ball, they helped take away so much of the stress that comes with moving house. Communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions, provide updates and keep everything progressing smoothly. What really stood out was their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. We always felt supported and confident that they were doing everything they could to achieve the best outcome for us. 24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)B & G proved to be efficient letting agents, listening to the kind of profile of tenant we wanted and finding them. When we decided to sell the property, a different arm of the organisation took over and provided a good service. Plenty of communication and a willingness to intervene to ensure that the sale went through. It did take nearly 5 months to sell our maisonette, but I think this may be more to do with the fact that the property was leasehold rather than inefficiencies. Sophie at B & G, Shirley was particularly pleasant to deal with. Thanks team

I had many questions but these were covered without me having to go through them. Their ethos seems exactly in line with what we wanted.
