29th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Vanessa was great and really helpful. Found Emma and the way Springers conduct their selves with tennants to be very unprofessional. Only interested in getting your money nothing else
17th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)They were really efficient in everything. They did the photographs that they had taken first class. We managed to sell our property within a week of having it put live.
14th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)The family were going through a difficult time after the bereavement of a parent, then the added stress of dealing with the sale of a probate property. Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Although I did go with a second estate agent this was nothing to do with Green and Co themselves - they were lovely, it was just to increase potential buyers.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)We had a very positive experience with Connells Great Barr. Cally was superb and extremely professional, going out of her way to ensure we had a smooth experience letting our property. She was prompt, answered all our questions professionally, and made sure everything was covered every step of the way. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cally and the team at Connells Great Barr to anyone looking to let their property.

22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. BIG THANK YOU to Angela, Chris and Rob from Great Barr office ?????? From the very beginning, their service was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with prompt responses to every query and regular updates at each stage of the sale. What impressed me most was their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to keeping everything moving smoothly. From accepting the offer to exchange and completion, the whole process took just 8 weeks, which exceeded my expectations. The team was always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. Thank you to everyone involved for your hard work and support. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone looking to sell their property. Jolanta and Piotr Marek.
31st Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Great local store
26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Bayzos were brilliant, beginning to end! Leah was extremely helpful during initial valuation and then during the viewings. Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful. Great team at Bayzos, they came well recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!<br>Thank you again!
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Alex was brilliant throughout. We sold both our properties with him and he was friendly and progressional from the off, throughout both sales he really went the extra mile, always only a message away, would chase various solicitors when asked and progress always seemed to be made when Alex chased. He was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone.
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Tom was a really nice guy. His team booking in viewings were really poor. They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
