Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

Green's were far better in this respect and generally responded to our messages promptly, with just the odd lapse. He gave a realistic price to market the house at, rather than hyper-inflating it to flatter us and gain our business. I actually chose Oakmans over other agents mostly based on my feeling that he was trustworthy and would do his best to sell our property.
